Cassie, Hector, and Stephanie managed to discover the location of the secretive Brighton Initiative and expose its secrets to the public. Unfortunately Marvin, the man behind the kidnapping of young people with psychic powers, was able to escape capture and disappear, while a number of innocent people who worked at the facility were wrongly imprisoned in his place.
