While the day belongs to humans, the night belongs to yokai, supernatural creatures that thrive on human fear. Caught between theseworlds is Rikuo Nura. He's three-quarters human, but his grandfather isnone other than Nurarihyon, the supreme commander of the Nura clan, apowerful yokai consortium. So, Rikuo is an ordinary teenager threequarters of the time, until his yokai blood awakens. Then Rikuotransforms into the future leader of the Nura clan, leading a hundreddemons.
Rikuo and the Nura clan fight off the devious body parts of a dissected Sanmoto Gorozaemon, while Rikuo’s allies fight back against his reputation as the harbinger of the apocalypse. But battle still looms against the members of the Hundred Stories clan... And it’s possible that Sanmoto himself could be reborn in the form of yet another ghost story!
So, things are getting confusing here. Last volume was just ok and this one just didn't make a lot of sense. It does end the 100 stories clan arc though. I really enjoyed that arc but it just petered out at the end. So as we gear up for the finale of this series this book ends with the beginning of a "new chapter". An old enemy returns and a new clan emerges. This has been a good series up to these last few books, I sure hope these concluding books are going to be worthy of it.
Apa yg ku embuh akhirnya muncul, kisah silam tentang ibu Rikuo dengan Rihan batang hidungnya kelihatan di volume ini. Biasanya kisah cinta Rihan selalu aja sama mantan istrinya, iya sih ceritanya tragis tapi kan pembaca pengen jg kisah ibunya Rikuo.
Yah walau sangat seuprit tapi bisalah menutupi sedikit rasa kepoku yg dah bahang.
The chapters in this volume definitely felt a lot more balanced to me. I didn’t feel like I was reading one long fight scene and there were actually interesting character moments within them.
