Lost for words to describe how I felt when reading this book. My emotions went from tears to laughter and then back again. It is BRILL! I tried to set it aside to do some work but I had to keep picking it up to see what happens next. It is worth buying if only to read the court cases at the end of each chapter - it is unbelievable what people will do to each other for money. Definitely a must read.

Brilliant! Strong story line which kept my interest throughout. The Author successfully develops several story lines around the main theme. The pace starts fast and then accelerates to a crescendo. Whilst the story itself is fictional it is based on true events. Thoroughly recommended.

A fast paced read that keeps the pages turning. Well researched with actual media reports of court cases acting as a prelude to each chapter. You wouldn't believe that such misery lies beneath the glitz and glamour of this unnamed city in the desert. But the facts are there backing up the fiction, and the two are expertly woven together. It's raw and gritty, and the author pulls no punches

Wow! It's a five star emotional rollercoaster. The characters are real and I spent three days of my life in Almina living amongst them. I became part of the book and was sorry when it ended. I had to know what came next and was never disappointed. This is a no holds barred story of trafficking, prostitution and violence based on fact. Not for the feint of heart. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed reading this and couldn't put it down. The author maintains suspense throughout the novel and the sub-plot works well. Undoubtedly the best book I've read this year.

Sad

This book was AMAZING. We all live in our own little worlds, not ever imagining this happening to your own child. Couldn't put it down.

The premise of this book was okay but the writing was very inexperienced. There were a lot of errors, for example using the wrong character's name really early in the book. It through me off and I had to reread it several times to realize it was just a mistake. Another part talked about a character having no phone and no money to pay the phone bill, she really needed to get the phone back and them goes on to say she gets a phone call. The fact that the mother enjoyed prostitution was incongruent with the absolutely devastating nature of what the story was trying to say. There were many other things I did not like about the storytelling, overall I was unimpressed and disappointed.

Somehow or another I became emotionally involved with Elena and Kristina when I read this book and the story stayed with me for quite a time after I had finished the book. Well, to be honest, it's still with me now. Clearly, with a story as delicate as human trafficking, the reader is left knowing that abominations had happened to these girls without the author going into graphic detail. For that, I thank R J Flo. A great read, a thought-provoking read, and one on top of my reading list

Not sure how this is getting 5 stars across the board. It's not bad but no where near a 5 star read. The writing is just okay and the story jumps around so much that it's tough to follow or care.

This book is addictive! After the first pages you will want more. Fast action, strong plot and very well written. Any book involving prostitution has to have sex scenes and Trafficked to Hell is no exception - but here they are an integral part of the plot and not just there to titillate the reader. Based on true stories, this is a book that every girl should read before accepting a job overseas.

First-rate read! Trafficked to Hell is about a mother trying to find and save her daughter. In doing so the fast moving plot takes the reader through the world of trafficking, deception and prostitution. A book on the darkside of life must contain adult themes and R J Flo does not disappoint. Whilst the characters are fictional, the fast moving story is based on actual events. TTH gets my full endorsement!
