OK. Not to my taste.

I have no real complaints about this book. At just never grabbed my attention. Editing is fine, world building is adequate, characters were reasonably well developed, but if this is part of a well established universe, this was my first introduction. It is often good to just start a.story with little background and avoid long exposition paragraphs to get the reader onboard, but here I felt that there was just.too much assumed for.me to fully appreciate the world.that.we.were.dealing.with.

I have no interest in follow up on future installments or more from these characters. I do however, have sufficient hope for the author to read more in the future is in a different genre or universe.

Enjoyed the Story

This is a well written story with lots of action and adventure. It is a YA read but enjoyable for adults too. I liked how strong she was in the face of so much danger. She is not one to give up.
