This book covers the key areas and activities of life, and presents easily understood and adopted tips for each. From the writing style you can tell the author wants to provide clear and useful practices that will bring real value to your life. The writing style is authentic and genuine. For the money and time to read it was a great investment that will return more to my life than it cost, because I will adopt several of the diet and exercise tips, and a few others. I really appreciated the clear and informative writing style, succinct without the hype, giving the reader the information to evaluate and choose which if any are right for them. This book is written for the reader.

Best advice : apply 1%of this book in your daily day, life gets booster, good streamline productivity book

4 ratings for give you all side idea how you minimise time and effectively work, study and learn new skills, book gives you quick reference for health, body, mind, relationship And yes after applying this rule reader definately get free time from busy life
But why I have taken 1 🌟 from author because in middle of book he had written too much about diet, medicine etc, which is not related to book title .. but it's useful if you spend time.. for it..
If you will apply 1%of this book idea in your daily this book will change your life

Good book that focuses on a vast amount of topics

The title is very catchy because anyone would want to have more time in their day. The book talks about various parts of life( food, sleep, supplements) and briefly talks about each topic. Although all these topics are important, I still felt that the book lacks details. This is a pretty good and short book regardless of the amount of detail.

Succinct yet pretty comprehensive "how to do" book on managing time. The prescription goes beyond what is typically laid out for managing time. The author lays a lot of emphasis on managing the mind and the body for successfully managing time.

Skip it. They googled a bunch of life hacker terms, cobbled together a narrative based on the search results, and promoted a productivity app.

Should be subtitled how to turn 24 pages of info into 48 pages.

Repetitive filler. Pointless prose.

Pass.
