Excellent cookbook I've been using for the last decade. Some of my favorites include the Couscous with Melted Scallions, Zucchini and Basil Risotto, and Shallot and Herb-Infused Lamb Chops, Oven-braised Salmon Fillets in Lemon Creme Fraiche, Saute of Zucchini Milanese and the almost addictive Curried Leek and Raisin Chutney.
This was not what I expect. Recipes that require fresh lemon grass or little neck clams are not spur if the moment in our house. These sound delicious just not what I thought from the title
