A too short pop-up book about a young girl who can't see the goblins for the forest. The artwork is GORGEOUS, and the movements are clever. I'd keep this one AWAY from the kiddies if you want it to stay nice.

As a big fan of Brian Froud And Labyrinth, I decided to buy a 2nd hand copy from eBay. The Pull tabs are very fragile and the goblin on the last page is sadly torn. The art work is beautiful throughout.

For my son's third birthday I decided to share the book with him and he loved it. It's only a few pages long with not much text but he loved all the silly faces and spotting where they were hiding and the pop ups really enchanted him.

It's a shame this book is no longer in print and I can't find anything similar on the market. I have other Brian froud books but none compare to this.

Edward knew that Goblins existed and wanted to share that knowledge with Myrtle, so he took her to the woods to show her the Goblins there. To prove they existed. For Myrtle was not ready to believe until she could see them for herself.

While walking through the woods Edward pointed out all the Goblins he could see to Myrtle, and there were plenty to be seen. However Myrtle never saw them. Edward saw Goblins everywhere in the woods, but all Myrtle saw were thorn trees, toads, mounds and a cross-eyed bat. But no Goblins.

Goblins is a book full of fun and surprises, it is also a book that has been well loved and seen a lot of use; at least my copy has. Brian Froud's illustrations are both mysterious and ethereal, guaranteed to enthral and amuse all who set eyes upon its pages.

"You see what you want to see, and you hear what you want to hear. Dig."

Wonderful pop-up book with unique and fantastic illustrations. I read it over and over when I was young, but now that I'm older I love it even more. I love it so much I stole an illustration from one of the pages and got it as my first tattoo.
