Using, as a basis, the tool developed for clients for over 20 years in the author’s clinic, The Third Circle Protocol gives the understanding and offers the process to live a life of satisfying, loving and effective relationships without guilt or angst. It shows how to feel comfortable and flourish in the relationship with self and others.
The Third Circle Protocol teaches the reader how to understand the often unspoken or unrecognized contracts we have with each other. And how to write new ones – when the current one isn't working. These contracts start with the relationship with yourself, your lover, your kids, your sister, or your parents. The centre core of your life is affirming interactive relationships, in your private life as well as at work. The exercises are simple, pragmatic and profound.
The book The Third Circle Protocol: How to relate to yourself and others in a healthy, vibrant, evolving way, Always and All Ways, written by Georgina Cannon, is a different approach to relationships than how most of us normally look at them.
This book provides worksheets throughout to help readers determine what they need, want, and expect out of a relationship. Readers are also asked to determine what they are willing to give to a relationship.
The Third Circle Protocol is well-written and not full of the usual psycho-babble one normally finds in a book such as this.
We give this book all five stars on our scale of zero to five stars.
This author has the ability in her easy writing style to let us understand our relationships from a new clear prospective. The Third Circle helped me communicate so much better with those who I otherwise would have just ignored at holiday parties. It made me think back to my last marriage and how if I knew now from this protocol how things may have been so much different or even worked out.Even your relationships at work could change if you read this book. The Third Circle Protocol: How to relate to yourself and others in a healthy, vibrant, evolving way, Always and All-ways I love this book and give it an A+
This book is practically magic. It takes the very basic, fundamentals of any relationship, whether between you and yourself, or a coworker, family members and so on...and takes the reader on a journey to heal wounds so that they can effectively communicate with those in their lives, and also be heard - by finding the common ground on which people can reach each other. This book is truly a blessing and the author is beyond gifted. I look forward to more!
