Cornelia Funke is a multiple award-winning German illustrator and storyteller, who writes fantasy for all ages of readers. Amongst her best known books is the Inkheart trilogy. Many of Cornelia's titles are published all over the world and translated into more than 30 languages. She has two children, two birds and a very old dog and lives in Los Angeles, California.

I had so much fun reading this! 30 very short short stories with colourful illustrations, a great mix of fantasy and contemporary tales about children and for children (and those who refuse to grow up).

Dank des Vorlesens über Sprachnachricht (danke Boo 🥹), durfte ich dieses Büchlein heute noch beenden. Einige Geschichten mochte ich besonders gern (vor allem die mit dem Wunsch und dem Drachen), andere hatten leider noch problematische Begriffe in sich (zum Glück nur einige wenige und meine Ausgabe ist von 2010, vielleicht wurde in neueren was verändert). Viele Enden haben mich tatsächlich ziemlich überrascht, weil sie so ausgefallen waren. Die Drachengeschichte hat mich mit Tränen in den Augen zurückgelassen, weil sie mich so berührt hat. Insgesamt ein solides Buch, mit einigen Stereotypen und leider dem einen oder anderen problematischen Begriff, aber im Großen und Ganzen schön zu lesen. 💛

Total nostalgia and instant comfort, sensations that obviously bias me - I received the audiobook to this as a birthday present for my.... Sixth? Birthday and to this day, it remains a source of comfort. The stories are all short and pretty simple, but very charming. Form the everyday to the fantastical to outer space, this collection takes you anywhere. There's guaranteed to be one for everyone :)

Este libro reúne diversas historias maravillosas, desde un devoralibros que es parte de una herencia hasta cuentos de caballeros, brujas y fantasmas.Cada relato es muy entretenido y bastante lindo, como suele hacerlo Cornelia Funke.

Cada 23 de abril trato de leer algo para festejar el día mundial del libro, este año me decanté por este y no me arrepiento de haberlo hecho.

Los libros de Cornelia Funke nunca me decepcionan , siempre me dejan con un una calidez en el corazón y este no fue la excepción, un lindo libro de cuentos recomendado para niños de 0 a 99 años.
