David Archer was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. He is a fiction author and novelist, writing in the mysteries and thrillers genre. His approach to writing is to hit deep, keep you entertained, and leave you wanting MORE with every turn of the page. He writes mysteries, thrillers, and suspense novels, all of which are primed to get your heart pumping.
Part 1 & 2 felt like they should have been a single book. The separation of volumes felt like an artificial break rather than one dictated by the narrative. That continues to confuse me.
The book was on par with my expectations for the series so I was satisfied with the story overall. The serial killer was a little two-dimensional in that his motivations always seemed synthetic. Still, and entertaining listen.
Another great book from author David Archer. Sam has an enormous task in front of him and you wonder if the mission can be accomplished. Then you have an unbelievable ending and you ask yourself, did that really happen? No way, but maybe it did. Now off to thee last part of this one to find out. Thanks to the author and let's go another round, just go easy on that knockout punch. I'm not sure I can handle it.
The 2and book in this series, continues the Theme if "The One World Government " and the End of Time. " A very powerful and deranged CIA agent who believes that the End Times are coming and that he is the False Prophet who will control the Anti Christ. First he has to start a Religious War between the Christians and the Muslims . Interesting storyline and great references to current and past Political Interests
Ok if you are interested in reading something that will have you on edge, waiting for the door to drop. This book is for you. One of the best things about this series, is that no matter which book you pick up you won't be lost. There is a narrative which catches the reader up to were the book begins. Try one and you will become hooked!
I am really enjoying the Sam Prichard series by David Archer. Interesting crime thrillers, probably not the most realistic but interesting characters. I'm sure I've read them out of order but each one seems to stand alone.
It was good but a little short and think it should have been part of part one. But I am not the author and I know he has to make money also. The cat and mouse game is getting a bit to long. I will enjoy and finish the last read.
Figuring out who the bad guys are and how to put pressure on them to stop with what they think they are and the plays they have. It centers around prophecy and how it unfolds down thru the century’s. Intriguing as you want to know the outcome
Trying to keep open mind but these books are increasingly wacked. Birthed theries and 911 insider stuff can"t wait till we get to the trump era. Maybe he's the beast.
In this series that David Archer has written is the prophecy of the beast and the anti Christ. He has written it to the point of no return. If this were true God help us all. Read!
Confused as to why books 1 and 2 weren't just joined into one book. I appreciate a cliff hanger etc but they're both shorter books and the cliff hanger could be left now before the third book which feels more appropriate.
Sam and Ken are still after Chandler. Indie has linked up with Chandler us computer hacker so they now have more information. They think they have a workable plan.
I have read all the books in the Sam Prichard series so I do enjoy the series and they are entertaining. Archer has gotten better about the "too sappy" language but the main character, Sam, uses "baby" referring to his wife entirely too much and I can't picture a tough guy like Sam into the "lovey" talk so often. Honestly, we get they love each other but it seems many of their conversations go on a little long with the mushy stuff. The last few books in the series haven't had as much of Indie and her computer. I picture Indie as a smart strong women but she seems to be turning into the scared little wife with the last books in the series. I do like this series and the author has improved from the first book which had love songs throughout which I hated.
Mannnnnn....left me hanging!!!! Can't wait for the next book!!!
This ending left me sitting on the edge! I just knew I would find out what happened! Can't wait for the final book! When will the next one be coming out? I need to know how this ends, or I'd there are any other twists or turns.
I am looking forward to the conclusion of the Drifter series to see if our hero saves the world again. The Pritchard series has been a great read and I hope Mr. Archer has something new to pass on to us very soon.
