Hoho twist kecil yg berdampak besar pada cerita ini. Btw ini North Witch kan nama SMP Dorothy, sekarang kenapa nama SMPnya menjadi Kansas? weel, blooper ada juga ternyata.
Ok but we are halfway through and just now really finding the plot? How is this supposed to resolve in only two more books? Or is this one of those unfinished series?
So this volume got decidedly more Japanese as it played heavily to the conventions of manga.
I feel it may have suffered as result as the plot got majorly convoluted and slightly ridiculous. However, my life this week has been majorly convoluted and slightly ridiculous so perhaps I am misjudging.
I will re-read this in the next week or so, and see if I still feel the same.
I was amused by the previous two, but this one just seemed a bit too goofy to me. I'm still not sure how I feel about the guy with the hip sash thing..
I started the series, I might as well finish it. Planning on reading the following volumes soon-ish.
This was still good until the final quarter, where it just got frenetic and trippy. It mainly felt like a filler volume, except for the greatness of Dorothy testing into a belt at the end. She's a great, hardcore character.
Adegan perpisahan Noil dengan kota asalnya mengingatkan saya dengan adegan perpisahan Chopper di Drum Island ketika ikut bajak laut Topi Jerami. Romantis!
