For the first 65% of the book the author never got to the point. Even after that, all he offered was 3 or 4 practical examples related to speaking and then went on ranting about its benefits , NLP does this and NLP does that without telling us even once how it can actually be learnt. Get to the point man!

For a book where the focus is on communication, this book has poor communication. Very wordy without getting to the point. then when there are some points that could be illustrated, the communication is shortened. I wouldn't recommend the investment of time. There are much better books. It was free so I guess I got what I paid for, but it cost me some time.

Insightful

The science of Neuro Linguistic Programming is powerful and transformative if you follow the basic principles.
If you really want to cleanup and change your thinking process you have to follow and practice these laws on a daily basis. Give it your all and you receive everything it promises.

Very basic overview

I'd say that reading this book is interesting, but honestly it's very basic information about how to "re program" yourself to better achieve your goals, be more successful, etc.
At the end it all depends on you. It's good to know those tips, but reading them won't make you more successful automatically.

It's a good book to read and learn the application, techniques, and history of NLP but little topic on persuasion.
