**3.5 - I needed a better epilogue stars **
This was cute, hot and low on angst - just what I was looking for. Slight OW drama,(H's crazy ex showed to to cause trouble but didn't cause any relationship problems at all) There was absolutely no cheating.
My only "beef" with the story was the fact that you had to sign up to get an extended epilogue (the fact that there wasn't an epilogue would make that just an epilogue, not extended epilogue) I wish authors would just put the epilogue in the book and not make us jump through hoops to get it. That being said, although it was a cute epilogue, it was lacking. I needed to know what happened in their future.

This was a really short book!
I love arranged marriages so I really enjoyed this one! The only things I had trouble with was how fast Joshua was going with Caitlyn, I can understand it. But this one was pretty fast in the steam, like I would never dare that. But good for the people who are blunt in their advances!

3.5 - 3.75 Cute Stars
I read this one before reading A Perfect Gentleman, which means I read the second book first. But I think I like this one much better. Again, you have to suspend belief that some rockin hot guy can't find a great girl without a matchmaker. And that he's more interested in a compatible mate than some hot babe on his arm. But that being said, this one had cute little zingers and one liners that made it funnier than the first one for me.
I liked the chemistry between the two characters. And there wasn't the dumb misunderstanding that the first one had.
Again, if you are looking for a palate cleanser, than these cute little short books are for you.

Easy, short, sweet, hot hot hot.
Joshua is the kind of man that every woman wants to have, looking like a bad boy and having trouble written all over him, but inside, oooh jesus crust, inside. He's sweet, sweeter than honey, and all he wants is having a woman to worship, a woman to make a family with, a woman to love, forever.
It's short, a very quick read, great if you're looking for something easy to read in an hour.
The only "bad" thing is that the book ends abruptly, a lot of things are left unsolved or open to the reader's interpretation and decision. And there is no epilogue :(
So we don't know how they are going to settle down, don't know if they'll work out, dunno dunno dunno.
We don't even get to read the wedding scene! Dang it!

I love this series!!!!
Arranged marriages are thought a thing of the past but in this book it is a lifeline to a Happily Ever After. Bad boys and nice girls who find each other through a what could be thought of as a dating system but it is so much more. These individuals are looking for marriage not dating and their family and friends pick thier soon to be spouse.
Josh is tired of hooking up with the crazy ones. This last one destoyed his home and got him arrested. Caitlyn was so worried about her future and planning out her life she now wants someone to share it with. With the help of family and friends these two find in each other what the other needed and even a few surprises along the way.
Wonderfully told. Once I started reading this book, I just could not put it down. The characters find a place within my heart immediately and their story will make those who are lonely think about what is out there when two hearts find each other. It made me feel emotional and warm. I LOVE THIS SERIES and can't wait for the next book.

A Nice Boy is the second book in exchange the arranged marriage series. This is another story with a strong alpha.
Caitlyn was promised a nice boy, but the man chosen to marry her doesn't appear to fit the bill. He's inked, ripped and all man. He was hand picked for her and supposed to be her perfect match. Can looks be deceiving? Maybe the right guy isn't the one you expect.

This was a really good fun book. It's not your typical bad boy romance it's brilliant and is very fun. There is a man who comes across as tough and hard but is really a sweetie who's looking to settle down. Ans a woman who hasnt had a bf for a long time. With a little help from their meddling friends they both manage to find each other. Their connection is electric it's really amazing to read. This is a great book I would have loved to have read more . I would definitely recommend this

A Nice Boy is a great book about 2 people who are brought together by Raven who is a matchmaking wonder.
Caitlyn has her life all planned out, or I should say she thought she did. The only thing that she didn't have going for her was luck in the man department. After a lousy relationship comes to an end she realizes that what she really wants is to settle down with a man who loves her, wants to make her happy and have a kids. She talks to her friend from work about putting an application in for an arranged marriage. Why not, the success rate of this matchmaker is beyond belief and she has the pictures and testimonies to prove it.
Joshua is a man who has had enough of the crazy woman in his life. All he wants to do is find a good woman, settle down and start a family. His friend Maureen decides she is going to find him a wife. Needless to say, she finds the same website for Raven the matchmaker and has him fill the information out regarding his sex life and she does the rest.
On paper Caitlyn and Joshua are perfect for each other. According to their 3 family/friends who meet with their husband/wife prospect, they feel they are perfect for each other as well. What will happen when they finally meet?
Appearances are deceiving as well as having chemistry so beyond the charts that you lose your tongue. I can tell you that this book is so worth the read and that is why I am not giving anything else about the book away. I am a true believer that if I give my honest review, I shouldn't tell you what happens through the whole book. If I did you wouldn't want to read the book for yourself.
If you like reading about people taking a chance, family/friends sticking beside you no matter what happens in your life, finding out that it's okay to want to be loved and to love in return then this book is exactly what you are looking for. You will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book but I couldn’t stop the one question that kept going through my head: where were they going to live? Joshua lived quite far away from Caitlyn. Far enough away that they each had to travel for two days to see each other. So once they got married who was going to move? I really liked Joshua, I wanted to steal him away and keep him for myself. Caitlyn and Joshua were perfect for one another, I loved that Caitlyn had Joshua’s back when his ex turned up to cause trouble. As this is the first book of Rocklyn’s that I have read I wasn’t sure on what to expect when I started this one. But I soon found that I had devoured this story within half an hour and was left wanting more.
After his crazy ex causes trouble for him yet again Joshua decides to let his friend Maury find him a wife. When he finally meets her choice, Caitlyn he soon realises she is his one and he cannot wait to make her his wife. Caitlyn is fed up of being single. She wants a husband to come home to and children to love, not having had any luck with men she has chosen in the past, she begs her friend Veronica to help find her a man off of a successful arranged marriage matchmaker website. When Caitlyn is introduced to Joshua, she is instantly attracted to him but she has her reservations. She thinks that because he is handsome and has tattoos that he will be a bad boy and only want her for one thing. Oh boy this book got you right from the beginning! When Caitlyn can't find a decent guy she lets her friend set her up for an arranged marriage but Caitlyn has issues with how she looks so she can't imagine who they set her up with. First off, I just want to say that I liked this book better than the first book. That’s because I actually got what I was asking for! There was more depth in the story and behind the characters and it made the story better right off to start with. There was more details that made the characters more interesting and that was very pleasing. It wasn’t just a story about people getting married and having hot sex.
This was a story about not judging what someone looks like at first to see who they are and what they represent. Things are always what they seem to be. I really enjoyed this book and I was kind of bummed when it ended. The way it ended was pretty good but I just didn’t want it to end is the thing. The couple were a perfect match as you will see once you read it. There are a few surprises in the story that make it interesting. This story, I believe, is for everyone.

Another hit in the Arranged Marriage series!!
I read a mail bride story every now and then, but they are all kind of the same. This series is totally gonna knock your socks off. It is modern, sassy and sexy!! Caitlyn also reads mail brides stories. She is tired of being lonely. She has a good job, nice little family (grandparents) but she is missing a nice boy. Josh on the other side is tired of crazy exes and wants to settle down. He is a sexy tattoed bartender who helps out his friend and mother figure Maureen. They both find each other through Raven, an arranged marriage agency. They meet and it is instant attraction. Josh can't keep his hands to himself and Caitlyn lets her sexy side show. I loved this book. I couldn't put it down. I received an ARC of this book but I bought it, is so good. I am waiting for the epilogue!!

Loved it
Great story, fun, funny, fast paced and steamy. Josh's latest crazy ex has is adopted mother going to Raven Swaan to find him a wife. Josh has no objections to setting down, but a professional march maker, and Maureen choosing his wife, not so sure about that.
Caitlyn has planned her life out since she was a kid. College, check, career, check, married, not, and no prospects in site. So she is taking a chance on Raven Swaan finding her a husband. She can't believe her grandparents and best friend choose Josh for her husband.
Loved Josh and Caite story. Loved Caite's grandma and Joshes adopted mom. The epilogue was over the top sweet.

An Awesome Book!
I loved reading A Nice Boy: Arranged Marriage Romance. All about Caitlyn a women who has had it being along for more than eight years, and her BOB is ‘t cutting it anymore! Joshua is also wanting to settle down, but doesn’t know how to do that! His friend decides to help him out and makes him fill out a questionnaire that makes hi turn red from embarrassment! The author wrote a story about two people who,are fed up with their lack of partners and are looking for a permanent solution! Find,out if Caitlyn and Joshua can find true love with each other! I have enjoyed reading this series and can’t wait to read book 3!

A steamy novella with a fun premise. I love the opposites attract trope and seeing the bad boy (who is actually a complete sweetheart) fall for the good girl was also really cute.
Although the insta-lust was definitely there, I kind of liked it because there was still some other hurdles they had to deal with before they could be sure they would work together.
I could have done without the OW stuff, but thankfully it was over quickly and didn't really pose a threat to their relationship.

This sexy tale is about judgment and all that we can miss out on when we judge people based on looks, before getting to know them. Caitlyn thinks Josh doesn't look like husband material...he looks more like a parole officer's worst nightmare. Josh thinks Caity is sweet and innocent. Once these two meet and chemistries collide, they'll see exactly who the other is and what they really want.
After his ex, Nicole, shows her true colors and trashes his rental, Josh spends the night in jail on trumped up domestic violence charges. He's done with crazy woman! All this inked up bartender wants is something solid, something real with a girl he'd like waking up to every morning and burn up the sheets with in the bedroom. Instead all he seems to find are woman with a one way ticket to crazy town. Josh's pseudo mother, Maureen, tells him she's going to take it upon herself to find him a good woman and because she knows him best, he goes for it. When he finds out she's signed him up for a matchmaking service he's appalled. But he's also extremely turned on by the idea of finding a wife with the same kinks as him. Once he's faced with all the happy couples on the matchmaking website with adoration and love in their eyes, he's all in.
Caitlyn is an avid book lover who's books lately are all centered on the same thing...mail order brides. Too bad mail order brides aren't a real thing right? If only, 'happy ever after' was something she could order online. She's done everything according to plan, school, college and career. ..except marriage and kids. With only two boyfriends under her belt, marriage isn't in the realm of possibilities. But that doesn't stop her from wishing for more. So when she comes across Raven Swann's matchmaking website she's ready for it all. Raven's success rates ensure she'll deliver Caitlyn's happy ever after on a silver platter.
When Josh meets Caitlyn, he can't help the jolts of excitement that go through him. She's sweet with a side of innocence. Not to mention gorgeous and willing to marry him. She's absolutely perfect and he can't wait to make her his fiancèe.

This book had it all for me. Humor, wit, sexy scenes and great character development that made this story that much better. The way Rocklyn Ryder writes her scenes ensnares her readers. They are descriptive, witty and full of emotion. I mean Josh's proposal was sweet, sincere and yet written like it's coming from the tattooed bad boy himself! *SWOON* I seriously had to reread it a few times just to get my Josh fill! I think Josh is my favourite bad boy that I've read to date; he's witty, charming, spicy and sex oozes out of every pore...but it's his sincerity and loyalty that makes him my ultimate book boyfriend! Caity is one lucky lady...I'd hate her if she wasn't so damn loveable! And Josh's take on the scene between Caity and Nicole...priceless! You just have to read this book if you want, love, laughter and out of this world sexual chemistry! It's raw, real and a 5 star read and I look forward to the upcoming extended epilogue!

A Nice Boy by Rocklyn Ryder is book number two in the Arranged Marriage series. This is Caitlyn and Joshua's story. In this sexy tale of judgment and the things that we might miss out on when we judge a person by their looks before we get to know them was a good read and was able to hold my attention till the very end.

Book 2 of the Arranged Marriage Series and my favorite thus far!! Josh and Caitlyn have instant chemistry, but will a past relationship jeopardize it? These characters, as well as their friends and families are well written, interesting, and a fun bunch! I am so glad I picked this book up with my KU subscription, I've found a new author that I really enjoy.

I really loved reading this book from the very beginning to the end and I have to say I wasn't disappointed, just wish I read it sooner!! An arranged marriage that turns quickly into love at 1st sight and finding someone who wants all the things you want is so hard to find... A definite MUST READ, Roccklyn doesn't disappoint in the least!!!

this was the first book of yours i read! its was a great book but needs a little more plot to the book! its about a man who searches for his bride online. he meets her in person and falls in love only to have his ex try to get in between them. thanks for giving me a chance to read this book!

5 stars for Storyline, but 2 stars for content. I'm not pleased with the lack of communication with this skerries so far. The H and h tell "at us" and retell A LOT but why don't we get to experience it. Ex) why do you hear about the excitement of the first kiss AFTER the fact?! Ugh!

Short but sweet!
I love these books so far! Nothing hotter then a sweet guy with muscles and tattoos. Ravens arranged marriages actually sound awesome if I was 10 years younger and single. Everyone should have a chance to meet there sole mate. Great concept!
