I hadn’t really like Leonidas in the first books in this series but he’s definitely coming into his own in this one! He is the youngest of the three Princes from the House of Smoke. They’re all dragon shifters and they each need to find their true mate and have a dragonling within her to maintain a very special treaty which protects humankind. The problem for Leonidas is that he was cursed by Meridi, a witch who didn’t want him to be able to fall in love with anyone else but her. In the previous book in the series, her curse had made him assume his Wyvern form after he fell in love with Rosalyn, another witch. When his brother Leksander realises that it is only his physical form that has changed and that Leonidas hasn’t also lost his sanity, he is determined to reverse the curse . . .

Rosalyn is a witch without a coven because her mother fell in love with a shifter, something that caused her and her daughter to be ostracised. She’s never been trained to be a witch but she’ll need her magical powers to help save Leonidas, even if that means getting in touch with her father . . .

I enjoyed this brilliant, fast paced adventure with dragon shifters, powerful witches, love, sex, romance and an evil Dark Far who is out to prevent the treaty being maintained using any way he can think of! Can Leonidas be saved? What will happen when Rosalyn asks for her father’s help? You’ll just have to read it to find out for yourself! Now I just can’t wait for the next in the series to be available!

Seduced By A Dragon (Fallen Immortals #5) by Alisa Woods Leonidas’ and Rosalyn’s story continues in book five of the Fallen Immortals series, SEDUCED BY A DRAGON.  The book starts out where book four, CHOSEN BY A DRAGON, left off.  Leonidas fell in love with Rosalyn.  Thus, his curse turned him into a wyvern.  Strangely, he is still of sound mind.  Leonidas and Rosalyn, with help from their families, try to break the curse. 
 
Once again, Alisa Woods does an amazing job of keeping the story exciting from start to finish.  There are numerous unexpected twists and thrilling adventures.  SEDUCED BY A DRAGON has the couple traveling outside of Seattle to Europe to try to break the curse.  I love that they go to the dragons’ original castle that they have discussed in previous books. 
 
The characters continue to grow and are well developed.  Rosalyn gets some unexpected family help to train her with her witch powers.  I love that she gets the opportunity to know her family and be mentored. 
 
We discover some fascinating history in this novel.  Rosalyn’s mother, Isadora, tells her story about falling in love with a shifter.  We learn more about Rosalyn’s father, Silas Damon of the Damon coven.  
 
The story also has some compelling encounters with the Fae of both courts that keeps the story unanticipated.  Zephan is an evil adversary who loves to mess with the dragons.  I couldn’t believe the level he stooped to.  I enjoyed the ending to the story and cannot wait to read where it goes in the next book, TOUCHED BY A DRAGON.  I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Continuing with Leonidas' story, Seduced by a Dragon dives deeper into Rosalyn's feelings. At the end of Chosen by a Dragon, Leonidas turns into his Wyvern form. Not fully overcome by his Wyvern form, Leksander convinces him to come back to the keep hoping to break Meridi's curse. With a plan in place. Leonidas vows to help Rosalyn learn magic and be accepted into a coven. Leonidas and Rosalyn discover foul play to prevent the treaty from renewing.

With a treaty about to crumble will poetic justice or love conquer? I voluntarily reviewed Seduced by a Dragon as an advanced copy from the author.

Review:
I received this book for honest review.

I have read all of Alisa Woods's books. And each is better than the last.

I was, admittedly, concerned how these were going two characters were going to come together, but it was done in a way that didn't feel forced. Even though honestly all these characters fall in love very fast, it never feels what I would call forced. It is very believable to fall in love with someone in a short amount of time, it's just not likely that love will remain.
But I tend to kind of ignore that since we are dealing with the supernatural here, and "regular" rules don't really apply.

Anyways, about this book. I really liked Leonidas in this book. I wasn't really sure about him in book one. He was very much a stereotype of the "playboy" brother. He didn't really come across in any way that implied that he was actually capable of falling in love. He seemed very content and happy with his lifestyle of sleeping around. So I was kind of expecting a more reluctant Leonidas looking for someone to fall in love with him, a character that didn't seem worried about falling in love with the woman he was trying to woo.
But he wasn't the character I perceived him as. *honestly I kind of forgot what happened in the last book, like the majority of what happened, I remember the main plot points, just not the smaller details.*
This was a very fast read. I read it in less than a day, and I am very curious about how everything is going to wrap up for Leonidas, and how things are going to start for Leksander's story.

Thoughts: As usual, I couldn't put this down. I loved the scene when Rosalyn is with Zephan and she feels sick. Totally cracked me up with how pissed he got. It was one of those "ha ha, thwarted again" moments. A definite kink in Zephan's plan that had me cheering. I am really enjoying the characters, so realistic with all the insecurities and doubts mixed with sassy mouths and genuine loyalty. I really hope there is a spin-off for Cinead, I'd love to read his story! Anyway, Leonidas and Rosalyn have quite the interesting story so far and I can't wait to see how it all comes together. Great writing with awesome characters that you won't want to miss!

I adore this series and i couldn't wait to read this book as my heart always went out to Leonidas being cursed and never knowing true love so i was so glad to read this and it was as amazing as i hoped it would be! I seriously adored this book.


The storyline to this book is so addictive, it really does make you just need to read more and more. It is a very compelling story and the author shows her amazing talent throughout this book from the vivid descriptions to the way the interactions between the characters has been created. There are many surprises in this book so you never know what is coming and each each chapter is a revelation! This story shows that true love is possible and it doesn't matter what is on the outside, it's the soul of the person inside that creates love! Definitely my favourite aspect of this book!


You see a lot of characters that you have already met in this series but you are also introduced to quite a few new characters in this story that are important to appear in the storyline as you see sides of the characters that previously haven't been seen. I adore Rosalyn, i am always a fan of the strong female characters but love it even more when you read of them coming into in their own power, showing the confidence that always comes with this. I loved reading her and can't wait to read more of her character and her journey.


I adored this book and i know that everyon who picks this up will also adore it! It's a must read for everyone and i can't recommend this book highly enough!!!

Rosalyn Thorne has been ostracized by her fellow witches all her life just because of an indiscretion by her mother when she was ten years old. Now all she wants to do is get into a coven, and learn what is her right, magic, no matter what the cost, but they will not be able to resist what she has for them. It took a lot for her to get it. She is being a fool for not realizing how much she means to Leonidas, until it's too late.....almost.

Leonidas realizes that he is in love with the witch when he turns into his wyvern, but he still must give her what she most desires, get into a coven. If that is what she most desires then he will give her that last parting gift, even if he dies...He rather that, then let his wyvern have his way with her...

Rosalyn realizes that she will do anything for Leonidas, he has done so much for her, it's the least she can do....
Even if it means going to the last person she wants to see, she will do it in order to reverse the curse that was bestowed on him all those decades ago.....Before it's too late, he is dying!

Leonidas Smoke, Prince of the Dragon House of Smoke has been under a witches curse that was like being in a cage where he could not find True Love that is necessary for dragons to mate. In Seduced by a Dragon he admits he love Roselyn and turns into the beast wyvern form of his dragon but he keeps his sense of self as a man.

Roselyn Thorne, a witch that does not practice returns to her father's coven and asks for help with a spell to free Leonidas from the spell binding him. With the help of her Aunt Genevieve, the strongest witch in her father's coven, she learns the spell and how to use her magic and between blood, tears and dragonfire the curse is finally lifted. They are not mated year and the fae would creatures have more trouble coming at them.

They make it through the mating and start a young dragonling when this part of the story ends. I can't wait for the rest of Leonidas and Roselyn's story in Touched by a Dragon.

The second book of Leonidas’ story is a heartbreaker. We start off with him in his wyvern form, feeling hopeless as he’s fallen in love with Rosalyn and knowing she does not love him back. Rosalyn is distraught at the turn of events, and once she discovers the whole truth about Leonidas, she becomes determined to help save him while also figuring out why it’s so important to her. Leonidas came off as the ultimate cad in Lucian’s part of the series, but in this story he shows such a vulnerability, I could not help but fall in love with him even more. And Rosalyn is slowly but surely winning me over. Of course, nothing is easy when it comes to fulfilling the treaty and holding on to their True Love; that’s right – Zephan is back on the scene. This book has the right amount of action, intrigue, and steamy romance to keep me hooked. Can’t wait to see how Leo and Rosalyn’s story continues!

This is an amazing book to read, that will draw you in from the first page and you will be totally captivated until the last page is turned and I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. What you will find in this book is: the youngest prince of three dragon shifter princes with a curse hanging over his head (Leonidas), a feisty witch without a coven (Rosalyn), drama, intrigue, suspense, twists & turns, magic, witches, dragon shifters, dark/evil fae, light/good fae, adventure, action, lust, emotional feelings, love and erotic scenes. The story-line and plot is well thought out and is exceptionally well written. The characters are well developed with personalities and have feelings of needs, lust and desires. I would recommend this book to people who like to read a well written paranormal romance

An exciting Dragon Series.🐲 Bk5

It's not easy to do a review without spoilers, when there's so much you want to tell, but know that it would be so mean and ruin the enjoyment of finding out for yourself, therefore all I will say is, Wow! What a roller coaster, page turning, well written, sexy Dragon loving, magical action filled adventure with every turn or click of a page.
Dark Fae, Fallen Angels, Witches, Demon's and Vampire's, there's something for everyone.

Witch and the dragon

Well he was cursed then finds a love that he should never have had she breaks the curse then gets taken buy the fae Prince because he is trying everything to stop the treaty he couldn't kill her because she's more human than not so he gets a vampire to take her he has infected them with demon blood too he gives her back and her love the Prince Dragon heals her of it but can't get it all because its part of her but then she tells him she loves him and wants to mate now they have a baby growing she has past the first part of the mating now the second is coming can she live when the baby is born

If I had to choose the best book of the series so far this one would be it. Leonidas's story was great. The author has really stepped up her game when it came to telling his story. You get a good picture of what he has gone through since he was cursed and you get a glimpse of his vulnerability that he hides behind with he joking and on occasion sharp tongue.

Now I am looking forward to Leskander's story.. Alisa do him proud.

Hmm ok

I like the story it has so much potential to become a big epic but each book feels slightly rushed. Yeah yeah I get it drago sex woohoo but come on there's the evil winter elves, the treaty, so much could be explored to greater depth. I mean I know the point is the dragons need to find their true love to mate have a baby and renew the treaty but this feels to similar to Lucien and arrabelle. Like literally the same story. I guess when it's finally the younger brothers turn it will be the same plot again. That's kinda what lets this down.

I received a free book and voluntarily chose to review it. You should read Chosen by a Dragon (book 4) first because it is the beginning of the love story between Leonidas and Rosalyn. This book has love, sex, and a bad guy causing problems for them. Loved the book. Although it is a romance and that usually means the couple get together, I was still on the edge of my seat until the end of the book.

Another Great One!

Leonidas has had a really tough time living with his curse for the last five hundred years, and then dealing with his wyvern form, and things just kept on hitting him and his True Love, but so far True Love has prevailed. I can't wait to find out the rest of the story. I truly loved these two characters, their story is even better than Lucian and his True Love!! Absolutely can't wait for more!!!

A human woman and a male dragon shifter prince!

A human woman who is a full blooded witch owes so much to a male dragon shifter prince for saving her mother's life and he's as well. The dragon prince is cursed and she decides that she must find a way to break the curse for him. You will have to read the book to find out what all happens to everyone. Two far courts and vampires are involved. Happy reading!

Leonidas is wyvern. He loves Rosalyn. The curse has caught up to him. Is Rosalyn a strong enough witch to break the spell. Will the evil dark fae Zephan, prince of the Winter Fae Court be able to break the treaty?

Well written 5th book in the series. This is not a stand alone book. To understand the dynamics of the story, please read books 1-4.

Omg I loved this story

I can't wait till the next book and see how their little baby makes it. She states at the end that she can feel "him" but with dragons only having boys and witches basically only having females it will be interesting to see what the actual sex of the baby will be. I really really enjoy these books but to be honest I am so excited to read Leksanders story

Wow Leonidas’ story is hotting up, talk about a mix of everything. Rosalyn is determined to help Leonidas break the curse but will her power be enough?
Love the story, plot and characters. The writing is good, lots of angst, twists and turns. Some nice romance and love, but will we see the HEA Leonidas is hoping for? Moving on to book 6.

So in the first one and this one of Rose and Leo, Rose ticked me off. She was extremely manipulative and it but the story was good. She eventually got it together but her manipulative just rubbed me wrong .

This is an excellent series! Fresh new take on a shifter series and interesting fully fleshed out characters, only thing I could do without are the cliffhangers other than that I devoured the series in less than 2 days!!!
