his book was not quite what I was expecting. Having had an introduction to Cryptography in college I did remember quite a bit of what I had learned( or least tried to learn). Cryptography: An Introductory Crash Course on the Science and Art of Coding and Decoding of Messages, Ciphers, Cryptograms and Encryption provide a nice easy to understand introduction to cryptography. If the reader is looking to expand on their knowledge, an other book would be a better selection.
This book was exactly what I was looking for. A straight forward text that took you through all the basics of cryptography. The author did a great job of making the content relatable. I hope there are more books from the author in the future.
