Could be better
This book has far too many typos. In addition, I appreciated how the author kept the explanations simple; however, there could have been a bit more depth to each chapter without compromising the overall goal of being a beginners guide.

For really beginners...
If you have not begun, or considering the Linux operating system, this book is highly recommended. It is easy to read and to understand.
