I was excited about this book but, frankly, found it a bit cheesy. It did have some decent ideas and it’s short so I might read through again and pull out some ideas.
Super quick and easy read but has great take aways! Written for real estate agents but could be applied to any referral based business with a few tweaks. Would recommend for someone who is looking at creating raving fan clients.
Great plan on how to keep top of mind with your database while creating more opportunities for referral. Clear and easy to implement. You just follow the plan and use your unique style.
Just like Liz, this book is sharp and to the point. She lays out the why, how, and when as well as answers your questions up front on her client loyalty/referral perk system.
I'll be using her system to tweak and expand upon mine and it's as simple as handing my note riddled copy of this book to my assistant!
