This book is not a list of random things that people dream of with interpretation. However, here are quite a few of the most common events, items, actions that are interpreted in the course of specific discussion . I confess dream interpretation by item is what I anticipated. However, this book is so much more. It isn’t overly long and is in fact a quick read. However, there are definitely parts worth referencing again.
There are many great tips for those looking deeper into their dreams, whether due to a recurring dream, interest, or curiosity.
I liked the very open, casual style of writing. This book was an easy read without all of the technical writing found in most scientific style dream analysis or neuroscience books. Definitely recommend.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Interesting and very good. This book is more for a person new to the subject but even this old dog found it interesting. I liked the author’s approach to the subject. I use lucid dreams to help me fall asleep I shut my mind down and just let fantasy take over. On the other hand, when I walk up from a dream with a clear memory of it this is the one I will try to figure out. The author had some good advice for someone new to this process. What I really found interesting was the dream methods. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
Loved all the clarity around the explanations around the different types of dreams. And the concepts around how to deal with those dreams and where to take that information, once you remembered it or wrote it down. This is a great guide to getting some practical help with delving into your own depth and that part of us that felt it was unknowable.
