One of the best books I have ever read. I would place it to other great reads which explore the ground of thought, life and meaning. The book explains the importance of free choice and freedom and relates these to our everyday life. It relates workplace requirements and anxiety coming from ignoring the limitations or avoidance of failure (which is greatly compared to death). The anxiety is part of our life and is unavoidable which shall be coupled with the courage to accept yourself, the consciousness of making free will decisions, and be accountable for everyday choices.

Amazing book. Thank you Peter Koestenbaum

Not really written for the businessperson. There is an overview of existentialism and it's tenets. The portion of the book that specifically discusses business situations and ethics is quite short.
