I loved this! My favorite part of this book is that it is not just a lot of vague suggestions. You get specific strategies backed by mini case studies of ppl who have been successful trusting their gut. I think it's a worthwhile read for anyone.

If you are adept at using your intuition you can probably skip this book. If you are a mostly logical kind of person and are looking for a different way to make decisions, then read this book.

One strength of this book is the listing of various exercises to identify and use your intuition. Another is the references to other related books specific to each exercise or method. Reading the chapters and noting the references will give you a good survey of intuition literature.

For me, a highly intuitive person, the value of this book lies in the specific ways to apply intuition to ordinary work/job decisions and the appendix list of additional exercises and methods.
