This book has it all for a coach trying to learn the Wing T. It also gives great insight into the how and why of the offense that can be used in reverse if you are playing against it.
There is nothing better in my opinion than a fundamentally sound, balanced offense. The Wing T provides that with being able to run, pass, fake, and screen; as well as have 6 different offensive players touch the ball out of nearly every formation and nearly every series! Coach Raymond laid out their system very clearly and it is still to this day one of the best offensive schemes employed in football.

This is THE wing-t bible. If you want to learn about this offense, this is the reference manual of choice, if you can find a copy.
