Some of my favorite poems here also had the best titles: "Comment on Ethnopoetics and Literacy", "For the Campus Committee on the Quality of Life...", "For the Angry White Student Who Wanted to Know if I Thought White People Had Ever Done Anything Good for the Indians", and "For teh Complacent College Students Who Don't Think People Should 'Live in the Past'" - All of these 1980s and early 1990s poems are poignant and it's sad that these battles are still relevant today.
