-On Time- is an exploration of how we think and habitually behave about TIME itself. It not only is a self-search of the author's own experiences, from both a personal and professional view of time, but also poses questions that can focus the reader on your own Time Consciousness. It leads the way to questions about how well or how poorly you use your own time, and includes an action-oriented exercise / workbook that can help you TAKE CHARGE OF THE TIME IN YOUR LIFE. The author was convinced that Earning More Money is tied to Time Efficiency.
A great read that helps one focus on the easy to overlook processes that can save a lot of time! I found this helpful to my time management, and it helped me streamline a few of my usual project methods. I use to do projects in sections, and this book called out doing a project completely. For example, when I clear the lawn to mow, I use to stack the tree branches and twigs in piles, pull up with the trash container, and load the continer. Simple, segmented, and TIME-CONSUMING! Now I have the trash container with me, and instead of piling the branches and twigs, I immediately place them in the container. I know, a simple fix, but sometimes when life is full one overlooks the easiest and best method. This book helped me refocus.
Based on a five-star rating, I give it five stars! 1) Buy from the author in the future? Yes 2) Did it keep me intrigued? Yes 3) Story line adventurous, mysterious, and believable? Yes 4) Would I recommend to a family member/friend? Yes. 5) Did my idea of the book based on the cover remain the same after I read the book? Yes.
