MATT SHAW was born, quite by accident (his mother tripped, he shot out) September 30th 1980 in Winchester hospital where he was immediately placed on the baby ward and EBay. Some twelve years later (wandering the corridors of the hospital and playing with road kill when he was on day release), the listing closed and he remained unsold, he was booted out of the hospital to start his life as a writer and hobbit – beginning with writing screenplays and short stories for his own amusement before finally getting published when he was twenty-seven years and forty-five seconds old.
Once Published weekly in a lad's magazine with his photography work, Matt Shaw is also a published author and cartoonist. Has to be said, can be a bit of a flirt and definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, somewhat of a klutz.

Very gruesome, gory at points and extremely twisted. Read if you think you can handle it. If you like this type of stuff you won’t be disappointed

No mere words will suffice to warn you how truly twisted this collection is. Do not read this if you are easily upset by any kind of taboo. And he covers them all, and then some, in this collection.

Not disappointed
I stumbled onto this book through kindle suggestions. Now there is no turning back. I'm hooked. A book with a warning, I knew it had to be good. It was. Onto the next....

As promised by the title, within this book are 22 stories from Matt Shaw. Most of the novellas included are between a 1-2 hour read, some a little more, a few less, but overall you're looking at a lot of stories at a very fair price.
Reading 22 stories from the same author has it's positives and negatives. You'll notice some similarities between books, characters that feel like you've read about them before. But at the same time there are occasional callbacks to prior books - for example, a few novels will talk about scenarios that occurred in other books and it's nice to have those all available.
For the price, this is a very good mix of stories for those who enjoy "extreme horror".
