Let me start with saying this is by far the worst book I have ever read, it is not even worth trying to read. I absolutely hated the writing style of this book it felt like the narrative was always in third person and this hindered my ability to connect with the characters or the story. I completely did not understand the plot line or the fact that the authors jumps between so many characters points of view that it makes it so confusing that you begin to lose interest in the book. The characters lacked depth had were not well written at all, lets start with Julia who was a spineless cheater who could not get out of a toxic relationship in which she was getting raped almost everyday. Darius who is supposed to be an alpha billionaire never seemed to care about what was going around him or even what was happening in his business, he was always saying he is the boss and can do whatever he feels like. The characters of Bob and Anderson were just creepy and they seemed to get away with all the stalking they were doing. Thomas, I felt was a rapist because he always forced himself on Julia even when she said no and even he ended up getting away with that kind of despicable behavior. There was no chemistry between any of the characters, it felt like the author did not pay much attention when writing the book and even though this book ended on a cliffhanger I am not even mildly tempted to read the rest of the series.

Disappointed reader

This book was a disappointment It had little storyline to it and and what there was was mostly sex. I am not a prude but being a avid reader I like a good plot and in this book it was sadly lacking so much so I did not finish it. I Weill not be reading any more of this authors books.

Crappy book

I did not like this book.it was all over the place. For me the saddest thing was that ur was about a Publishing Company. I stayed in it for the long hall just to complete so I would never mistakenly go back to reading this thinking in mud something. Now I can put this on my next to read list. I don't screech think the title sits it.

😊

Julia is not happy with her life but when her life starts to change little by little she takes charge of her life but Darius might just need to find himself and leave them both miserable.

Terrible Ending

This is not a cliffhanger, this has a terrible ending. I’ve read more than 5000 books in my adult life, this is one of the worst.

I received an ARC for my voluntary and honest opinion.

I was totally confused reading this as it jumped around between 5 or more characters with no plot or theme. Story reads as if it was literally translated to English from another language.

I got a free copy when I was browsing on Amazon a few months ago, and I decided to read it.

The characters are intriguing, although the writing style needs polishing. I would recommend this book to undergo developmental editing. It kind of gets confusing when the point of view suddenly shifts from one character to another character. Some of the characters are just a nuisance, and it gets messy that you're not sure which actually has an important role in the story.

But kudos for trying! Write more stories.

I'm not really sure how to review this book. It went from being told from one characters point of view to being told as an overview of the characters, it jumped from person to person and did not flow well. There did not seem to be a story other than creepy men, a weak women and a confused man. I'm sorry but this did not work for me. I have read other books from this author and they are better than this.
