Somewhat boring, you can expect what will happen later. It's obvious this book wasn't written in Arabic, there are many mistakes in the translation.

Summary: *spoiler alert*
A man wanted to enter a high-end restaurant while he was wearing jeans, which was against the protocol. the waitress, called Maria, refused at first, but then gave in feeling sorry for the man, since he looked poor and seemed to want to experience something bougie. He invites her to sit with him and she finds out his name is Mr. Luciano, the owner of these high-end restaurants. Luciano asks Maria to work with him in his company since she's such a beautiful girl and knows how to deal with customers and he'll pay her more. She refused and went to her house, only to find out her husband cheated on her. It seemed like the world turned on Maria and she decided to go to Luciano and accept his offer since she had nothing. While she was waiting she met two beautiful girls, Esmeralda and Rachel. She accepted the job but wanted to know what she was going to do. Luciano confesses that he has a son called Andre, and his son loved a girl called Rosalinda, but one day she threw herself from the building for no reason. Maria looked an awful lot like Rosalinda, they have the same Mexican roots, and the same birthday too! Maria questions her mother about the possibility of having a twin sister. Her mom confesses that Rosalinda was put up for adoption since they couldn't take care of two kids. Maria felt that Rosalinda's wasn't a suicide, but instead, a homicide, because there was a plastic pipe broken on the side Rosalinda supposedly threw herself down meaning she might've clung to it. She went to a secret opening to the company that had no security cameras, only to find Rachel there. Rachel confessed that she killed Rosalinda because Andre forgot about her and loved Rosalinda more, so she wanted to make things go back to the way they were. She was almost going to throw Maria when Andre entered and saved Maria. Rachel didn't want to get caught and ran off, and he let her go because he felt pity for her.

Much later, Luciano dies and Andre inherits the company. His mental health got better without Rachel constantly bringing him down. But Rachel never changed, she escaped to another city and continues to ruin men's lives for her own happiness.
