Loved this story by Lexi Cross . Look forward to reading the next book . For Jenna all she ever wanted was a new life away from the MC. By Gavin was determined that was no happening . But Paul comes into the picture and things changed really quick ..

I enjoyed reading about how someone can give you the strength to help you stay get away and stay away from someone who wants to control your every move.
I liked the storyline between Jenna, Paul and Gavin.

I loved this book!
It’s a little different MC story than what I have previously read. The focus comes from two very lonely and unhappy people looking at life like it’s a dead end street.
The leader of the Thunderhawks MC is an egotistical bully. Gavin is used to getting his own way. He does what he wants any time he pleases. The entire town is afraid of him.
Paul is a lost, dishonorably discharged Army veteran looking for some kind of purpose in his life. Jenna is a scared young woman trying to break free of Gavin, her callous and womanizing ex.
This book is a fast-paced read. It travels through all of the ranging emotions two lost people fight through and against all preconceived obstacles and end up with a sweet, joyful, happily ever after like it burst out of the darkness into the beautiful light.

I received an ARC of this book and this is my voluntary, honest review. Jenna has been caught up in the Thunderhawks MC club since she was in high school. Her relationship with Gavin, the current club president, has been toxic and emotionally abusive. In an attempt to get away from him and that life, she found a job at the new bar across town, outside the MC's jurisdiction. Paul, recently released from the military, is just looking for a place to make a few bucks and stay out of everyone's radar. Gavin, however, isn't ready to let Jenna go. Since most of the book focuses on Paul and Jenna, who aren't part of the club itself, it seemed a strange start to an MC series. By the end of the book, it makes complete sense, though. I promise.

I received this book free from the authors to read and give an honest review.
I like the storyline of a young girl who has dated the bad boy in town and now wants to get away from him for various reasons. (We have all been there in some degree) He won't let her go, he doesn't want to change in any way to keep her, but he thinks she belongs to him. Then she meets this other guy who isn't exactly a knight in shining armor kind of guy, but makes her feel safe. Everything is against her, but she just believes she can be free somehow. Between her, the new guy, and her friend they try to free her.
The only reason I gave 3 stars is because in some of the steamy scenes it got a little bit repetitive. If you have several of those scenes some verbal variety is always nice.

Jenna knows nothing, but the toxic relationship she has with the leader of the Thunderhawks MC and when she tries to break free she realizes it's not going to be that easy. Paul is still trying to figure out what to do with his life after a discharge from the military leaves him without ties. Two lost souls who could be great for each other, if her ex would leave them in peace. However getting Gavin to remove his sights from Jenna will take working together with people Jenna wouldn't have expected. A good read from Lexi Cross and Ashley Hall. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I voluntarily agreed to read this book for an honest review and it was amazing! The chemistry between Paul and Jenna was absolutely amazing! From the beginning Paul seemed standoffish and just in it for sex. But, as time went on love blossomed between him and Jenna. Their chemistry was hot and sweet. Plus I loved the characters of Michelle and Albie, those two were such strong characters both apart and together as a couple, they were just amazing! Especially with how devoted as a friend Michelle was to Jenna. Everyone needs friends like her in their lives. I can't wait to read more from Lexi Cross and Ashley Hall. It was a great collaboration of writers!!

Another great read, this story is a little different than most MC books, because the two main characters are not or are no longer associated with the MC. Jenna is the ex of a bully MC leader who doesn't want to let her go. Paul is a dishonorably discharged Army veteran who just wants a new start. Can they work through all of their problems/issues and find a way to be together? This book was a very fast read for me. I really liked Jenna and Paul and their story. I would definitely recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

I love it! Wonderful book! couldn't put it down!
So Jenna needs out of the MC life she has been in. She gets a new job and runs into Paul. The attraction is strong and hot between these two.
Hot sex scenes! Bikers! A Hero! A sassy female! What more do you need?
