Loved reading the entries from a variety of women in leadership. So encouraging and challenging - it addressed the questions and issues I've been wrestling with lately.

An unusual (and much-needed) devotional geared specifically for women ministry leaders. Each of the 40 entries has a short Scripture reading followed by a 2-page devotional written by a different woman in ministry. A reflection question had me thinking and journaling. Broken into 8 weeks of 5 daily devotionals that are followed by "weekend ideas" for individual reflection or group discussion, it covers topics like identity, call, self-care, leadership and difficulties. I found it short enough to keep up with it, deep enough to challenge my thoughts and provide for self-evaluation.
