Okay, I'm going to start this review with something that has bothered the heck out of me... the title says "Two Jocks Next Door" they don't live next door to the heroine. What the?!
Whew, now that that's out of the way...
This one is an okay read. Nothing outstanding. The characters are good, but the relationship development, or lack there of, is frustrating. I get the "just sex" storylines, they don't bother me a bit because the lust to love thing can be very fulfilling. My issue is

Wow!
The only thing I can muster on words of this baby is wow...(now picture I just said that in a Marilyn Monroe voice) That has got to be one of the hottest MFM books I've read and I've read many, I'm not one to give anything away so there will be no spoilers here. What I will tell you is the story had some tense life issues, that both broke my heart a little. To see A couple of the main characters go through that turmoil and come out fighting is amazing. The hot, sweaty, sexy jocks and the beautiful young lady that snags them to me where meshed well in this book. I love how they mixed a fun loving guy who doesn't take life to seriously. With another guy who is all seriousness and insecure but one who has the potential to be a great man and combine that with a beautiful girl who has issues of her own, but loves these men wholeheartedly and balances their personalities so well. And let's not forget the pleasure of being with two men who are just flat out HOT and Well diverse in the knowledge of her body and how it gets....off! I really think you will enjoy this book, if you are a fan of MFM, hot and heavy sex, jocks with a beauty and a well balanced story to tie them all in, you will enjoy this book.

This is a first for me by Jay Wilder & a first for this type of ménage romance.
Tracy-Ann meets Kade at her first frat party. After he sees her taking notes on people versus actually talking to people he's intrigued. After talking for a bit she goes to his room with him where she later meets Connor, his best friend. When she realizes they're trying to get her to have a threesome she quickly leaves. But none of them stop thinking about each other. A few weeks later Tracy-Ann gives in & they shortly come to a agreement.
Connor and Kade are extremely close and feel like they found there missing piece in Tracy-Ann. I loved the closeness of Connor & Kade, regardless of if they agree with the other they always have each other's back.
Tracy-Ann was sweet and extremely forgiving. Connor is very funny and has a very laid personality. Kade has a darker personality, is much more serious & is not really as playful as Connor. They are all complete opposites but, work together.
This book had a lot of heat!!!! Even though all encounters were the three of them, Kade & Connor never touched at all.

Hot
This was a gray story. I loved every bit of it. Tracey-Ann gets together with two hot friends. Conner comes from a nice family whose parents to push him into do what they want.. Kade is another, but his father is a jerk.
Conner and Kade both find Tracey-Ann and want her just at first it was too be a one time thing. Then things kind of go south for a while

Okay I really struggled with this because I hate giving low ratings but to me this was nothing more than a book of sex. I actually didn't even finish it because I get skimming pages bored with all the sex. I need more of a story and I know some of you will think I'm crazy but that's just my opinion.

Coming together from Texas, Kade and Connor are different in personalities, but close as brothers. When Kade spots Tracey-Ann people watching at a party, hes instantly attracted and when Connor walks in on Kade and Tracey-Ann talking, he invites Connor to join. After initially running away from them, Tracey-Ann decides to take the chance with both guys. With Kade's background he has a hard time trusting, will this cause problems between the three? Will they be able to work everything together and have a loving relationship?
This book was hot! Loved how different the two men were, BUT when tied together with Tracey-Ann, they all leveled each other. I loved Connor's character and loved how loyal he was even though he didn't agree with Kade, he stuck by him. Loved the encounters in this book! They were extremely hot and I highly recommend this book to anyone whom loves MFM menage!

Tracy-Ann meets Kade and thinks she is cute and sexy and agrees to go to his dorm room. Then Conner shows up and she soon discoveries this is a threesome. She is not into that sort of thing right now but would let them know when she is ready to enjoy both sexy football players.
A must read to so see how Kade and Conner win over Tracy-Ann to become a threesome couple. I love reading Jay S Wilder books and then you add Bella Love-Wins in the mix and you have a great book.

Two jocks at a frat party, one good girl attending her first frat party. As soon as they see her they fall for her and they both know that they have to have her. I've read several MFM books and I have to say that this one is definitely one of the hottest that I've ever read! These two authors are two of my favorites. They never fail to deliver a good story. I loved it !! The chemistry between the 3 of them was hot.Kade finding himself and given another chance even with his temper not knowing what true love even means but with the help of his best friend Conner who is so easy going they find there way together in everything.Tracey-Ann is like no other girl they have ever met and she draws something out in both of them that they cannot resist and vise versa.Its very heartwarming to see the trials and overcome them and make it work.I voluntarily read a readers copy of this book

Conner likes to push the limits, welcome the rush. Tracey-Ann (which is the sweetest name ever) is reserved and not super social. Kade is kind of gruff, intense. They slowly find their way to balancing eachother and making it work. For a MFM, this had a lot more character development and storyline than I’d expect. You got to see the relationships and friendships really grow and it wasn’t an easy path. I received an arc of this book.

So in this book Jay S.WIlder has teamed up with Bella Love-Wins to give us a story about Tracey-Ann she finds herself in an interesting situation, out a college party she’s talking to brooding football player Kade, quickly she takes a chance and goes upstairs to his room with him, in the midst of a conversation another guy burst in the door Conner, suddenly the proposition of both guys staying and enjoying some time with Tracey-Ann is mentioned she is scared and doesn't take the idea lightly, so she leaves quickly before anything can happen, Conner and Kade cannot get her out of their mind and she feels like she missed out on something because she was afraid, so when Conner catches her in the hallway and lays on the charm, and Kade brings up the rear she promises to let them know when she is ready. Once she does they are all done for, literally and figuratively, but feelings, insecurities, and the past get in the way.
I love both of these authors so I didn't doubt that I would want to read this story! I was right! This book was a lot of things, it had a serious amount of hotness, like I was reading this in the car on a long drive and my husband kept looking over at me saying are you alright? What are you even reading? Amount of hotness.. ( I didn't tell him ) a definite emotional side with some frustration ( from me, I kept thinking why can't he just make up his mind already?!) Sweet loveable romantic moments mixed in with these alpha male I'll show you to her laying down the law type themes that I couldn't stop reading, I was upset when my name was called in the waiting room for my appointment.. My appointment was 55 minutes behind schedule! Great read, with an interesting storyline, after 3 books by Jay S. WIlder he has hooked me in! I have been a fan of Bella Love-Wins for some time, and I think they made an awesome collaboration I would highly recommend!

This is a book that is co written by Bella Love-Wins & Jay S Wilder. I loved their writing voice in this book. Kade, Conner and Tracey-Ann are the MC in this book. They electrify and heat this book up right away and keep a body properly hot just by the dialogue and oh my, the action and passion would set a person on fire, it’s that hot and erotic. There is a good story, its full of angst – there is a push/pull going on but no matter what, they all come back around to each other and are there for one another and that is what makes this a fantastic read. If you like M/F/M type stories, then you will love this book.

Holy Hotness
This is an amazing read. Kade's dark brooding personality, Connor's fun quirkiness and Tracey-Anne's quietness make for an explosive combination. When they all first meet, you think that three ways are a common factor with the boys, but find out they've only actually shared once. The feelings they have for each other is obvious from the start, but with Kade hiding from the truth and pushing her away, you begin to wonder if she and Connor will be the only two that stick together. I loved these characters and their story.

Great Steamy Story
If you want to read a steamy sexy story then this book is a must read.

Steamy, hot and has a plot
I really enjoyed this one. It was extremely hot but it also had heart. These three cared about each other. It was nice to read such a steamy romance with a plot as well.

This was a very hot read. What started out as a casual fling between Tracy-Ann, Connor and Kade turns into a full blown relationship that's rocks the three of them in more ways than one.
I'm giving this book 5 stars because it was a really good book even though there were a couple places where Connor and Kade's name were mixed up. I let the author know about that and hopefully they can get it fixed.

Kade, Conner and Tracey-Ann even each other out. They are just perfect for each other. It is amazing what friends do for you when you least expect it. Conner to me is the fun going one, Kade carries his heart on his sleeve and Tracey-Ann just goes with the flow. You can't help who you fall in love with, and the way I see it, it is no ones business either. As long as they are all happy that is all that matters.

When a reader chooses a MFM book, I think they choose it to vicariously live out a fantasy or to enjoy the steamy sex scenes. This book will satisfy both of these scenarios. What girl would want to be sandwiched between two college football linebackers? The bedroom scenes are hot, hot, hot. But more than just sex, this book offers characters with real personalities. It was a pure pleasure to escape into their world!

Two Jocks Next Door was my first read by author Bella Love-Wins, and adds to the list of reads by Jay S. Wilder. Together, they are two brillant authors giving their readers not only a steamy sexy read but also a happily ever after. I can't wait to read the extended epilogue to see where the journey takes Connor, Kade and Tracey-Ann but I'm sure it won't disappoint. Job well done Jay and Bella!!!

Good story
Let me just say it definitely kept me intrigued I was flipping pages waiting for the next turn out this story it’s definitely five stars but I hate the way it ended it’s nothing like MFM I’ve read before the ending is just read for yourselves I’m not satisfied but it’s truly a good story

The talented duo of Jay S. Wilder and Bella Love-Wins have given the readers a well-written bad boy MFM ménage romance story with plenty of drama, angst, turmoil, tension, emotions, chemistry, and hot sex.

Tracey-Ann shows up at a frat party, and for some reason football stud Kade thinks she's "special" and brings her to his room. Then his friend Connor comes in and they somehow decide that they both want to be with her. I'm not exactly sure why either of them likes this girl, but they continually talk about how she's "different from all the other girls". She didn't seem any different to me, but whatever.
So, even though Kade and Connor don't do girlfriends, they set up a regular weekly sex date with Tracey-Ann.
The beginning of the book is basically just sex after sex. And then, for some reason Kade gets super possessive of Tracey-Ann, she gets scared and tries to take a week off, and then he decides to go no contact forever, and Connor has to too because they do everything together.
Five months later, Tracey-Ann finally decides to see the guys face-to-face because she wants to explain why she took that week off. There's a bit of push back for a while, but eventually it comes out that her dad was almost killed or something because of something she said to someone about a poker game at her house ....
It's ridiculous. The whole thing is ridiculous. These people make no sense. The story is strange and disjointed. There are all these stupid fights and breakups or almost breakups. I'm not sure what the point of anything is. It's just random stuff followed by other random stuff. And the sex reads like a manual.
Not sexy, not fun.
