The proposition: One year of "marriage" for one million dollars. Sex, yes. Falling in love, no.
Desperate to escape crushing poverty and provide for my younger sister, I took the deal. But I violated the rules by falling for Elliot Reed, the gorgeous, brilliant billionaire bad boy...and he broke them by wanting more between us--a bond more profound than any legal contract could provide.
However, my complicated past isn't the only thing derailing our marriage. Elliot has his share of skeletons in the closet, and his enemies are determined to use me to get to him.
Now it's time for us to make our final stand—unite and fight for our happy ending—except it will require both of us to reveal our ugliest secrets to each other...and the world.
Note: No cliffhanger! This is the final book in Elliot and Annabelle's love story.
Bilingual former management consultant Nadia Lee has lived in four different countries and enjoyed many adventures and excellent food around the globe. In the last eight years, she has kissed stingrays, got bitten by a shark, and petted tigers.
She shares an apartment overlooking a river and palm trees in Japan with her husband, winter white hamsters and an ever-widening pile of books. When she's not writing, she can be found digging through old Asian historical texts or planning another trip.
3.75. There were lots of “ups and downs”, but finally Elliot and Annabelle get their HEA. The mystery around their arranged first meeting is revealed. This really should have been a 2 book, not 3 book Series. The author certainly could have left out a few of the numerous bedroom scenes between this couple, and not have lost the erotic edge this Series has. This isn’t a Cliffhanger but the “Soap Opera” continues, as there are 3 more Reed siblings that need to marry, as directed by their domineering and selfish father.
This series would be good if they were one book. I wouldn't read them if I had to wait. There is so much fluff and useless dialogue I wanted to just flip through the pages. Don't get me wrong, it is written well, good storyline just too much stuff and stretching it in three books. I read all three in a afternoon.
Where did the closet scene come into play in book 1 or 2? Cause I've searched and searched and the only closets mentioned were Belle's closet at her apartment and new condo. Come to find out he didn't cheat on Belle, and the closet scene is from the past. You need to stay consistent and not confuse the fuck out of your readers.
This is the final book about Annabelle and Elliot! While I am happy that they had a happy ending, I am also sad to be finished with reading about them. I love these two together. I enjoyed getting to read their journey to happy ever after. This book filled in all the blanks and mysteries that the other two books left out. We find out alot of secrets from other characters in this story. I cried, laughed and got angry through out this book. It was truly the best. I honestly became very curious about Elizabeth at the end of this book, though. I seriously hope that she will get a book very soon!!!!
Just finished this is the 5th book in this series and omg I couldn’t put it down I was so absorbed in the story that when I reached the end of chapter 30 I was like what just happened? I thought I was only half way but omg what a good read of course I’m about to start book 6 and then move on to the rest of them because I need to know what happens next because this isn’t over and I love it, wish I could leave a review on gifs because I think it would be more accurate than what I’m writing here, I had to stop reading and drink some wine to calm down from my book high that’s how good this books are 😍😍😍
I am addicted to the Billionaires' Brides, along with the Pryce Family, by Nadia Lee. Elliot has drawn me in through the books. There's just something about him that grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. In all honesty, I haven't taken the time to write reviews for all her previous books, because I have been compelled to continue reading all of them in publication order. What can I say? I'm addicted to her characters. These books are definitely worth buying so I can reread and reread!
Loved the story of Elliot and Annabelle! My criticism is that is was done with 3 books. I read via KU but if I had had to buy each of the books to read the entire story, I would have been upset! I do not like cliffhangers , serials, novellas,or Vella! I want a complete story in each book. I have loved all the series that I have read by this author----the Lloyds , the Pryces, and now the Pryce Reeds! This series is the most disfunctional, with a father who is a controlling, arrogant psycho! Now, on to the next book in the series!
After book 2 I almost gave up this series. I have to admit book 3 surprised me. It was so much better than book 2 and answered almost all the questions I had from book2 . I loved how Elliot learned to trust Belle. Belle, was still too naive for her own good. Although I never had a good opinion of book 2 I would definitely suggest to anyone to give this series a chance and make up their own minds.
Final story of Elliot & Annabelle! All twists, manipulations and questions are answered in this book. Fabulous Love Story, Fabulous Ending! Hope to hear more of Elliot and Annabelle, Ryder and Paige In the next books of Lucas and Elizabeth. This series is definitely a Must Read!!! Received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
I enjoyed this series so much, I couldn’t wait to buy this book, and I am glad I did, it was a good ending to the series. The Author managed to keep the reader focused on all the intricacies in the relationship between Elliot and Annabelle, whilst at the same time ran other character stories along the edges – opening up interest for future books.
Lee's books are always interesting to me since she does a nice job of integrating the effects of various childhood traumas with problems in new relationships. The sex is always hot and limited to what happens in a single relationship but gets repetitive. I keep going back to reading more of her books so am hooked whatever I complain about.
I enjoyed this book a d the series. The characters are interesting and engaging. That is what keeps me reading this series by Nadia, the characters and their drama. There were quite a few scenarios going on. I wish that authors would realize that they don't have to use so much foul language.
I've read these books backwards and unconventional or not it has made better reading For example there are clues in this book about Elizabeth that will make sense once you've read her story and so on, the only book I've not been happy with from Nadia was Tony and ivys story
This couple definitely had chemistry worth turning the page for. Finally this couple is left in peace. All of the mysteries going on are revealed & the evil characters trying to break them up are facing punishment.
Thank you Nadia Lee for writing this series and releasing it in KU. JP
This was a fabulous end to Elliot and Annabelle's story. I was instantly caught up In their story and rooting for them to make it. I am used to a certain level of excellence from this author and I wasn't disappointed.
Annabelle and Elliot’s final book. Climatic, dangerous and filled with heat. The past is giving it all they’ve got to destroy them. Decisions still need to be made. Trust in each other and love or let it all go? Great story.
I totally LOVED this series by Ms. Lee and cannot recommend it highly enough. I fell in love with Elliott and Annabelle. Their story is a truly Cinderella story. Thanks, Ms. Nadia for a great few hours of escape!!
Elliott and Annabella was the perfect match! They both had to learn to trust again and love. It wasn’t easy for them to depend on one another. I believe anyone can relate to this at some point or another in their lives! I love this series and I can’t wait to dive into Lucas and Ava!
I want more Belle and Elliot. Their love is so genuine and so complicated but fate knew it was meant to be. The obstacles they have been through and yet their chemistry is off the charts.
Ok I LOVE Nonny and Belle! This was a fantastic end to Elliot and Belle’s story and I’m so glad all the loose ends were neatly tied up. Looking forward to starting Lucas’s story next!
An unusual marriage. One year and a million dollars. Dangerous enemies, mysterious benefactor, and false friends. Finding friends and love. No cliffhanger and hea. Great series.
Loved the whole concept of this story. I did not stop reading until I got all three books 📚 done. What a story between deceit and all that happens what read.
I loved these characters and the craziness that is their life and I love the way these stories are told and how they keep my interest through all of these books.
The conclusion of Eliot and Annabelle’s story. Lots of threads pulled and old enemies surfaced and dealt with. They are great characters. A great series.
