If you can only afford one book to guide you in repairs to your manufactured home this would be it. The illustrations are highly detailed and professionally done. A lot of info on energy efficiency is included. The price is a bit steep but if it enables you to do even one repair you would have had to pay a contractor to perform it will easily pay for itself. Many good references included covering terms, foundations, anchoring, wind, and air quality. Highly recommended!
