This may be my favorite book in the series so far. It's a deeply emotional and heartbreaking story with Lauren's self esteem and Apollo trying to convince her of her worth. It's also a sweet and sexy romance with her guardian angel.Loved and highly recommend!!

I'm so excited for this book , can't wait to read about this new Angel ! Update ! Just finished here is my review : Apollo is my favorite angel now from the Guardian League! He's everything I wanted in an angel , passionate , loving , naughty, sexy , and so manly, oh my what a sizzling book! Lauren is an amazing soul , that's all I am going to reveal . TK Lawyer always amazes me with her writing she has a flare for words and such creativity . I love her books cause her writing is unquie and the stories and characters are so interesting and entertaining and definetly gets your emotions going and I definitely love that in a book . The pages come alive to me when reading just like a fairytale I can imagine it , her books are magical , mystical , mysterious making me want to read on and want more ! Apollo is the best book yet and I can't wait for more ! I have read all her books and they are all unique like she makes them in her own way , I love all of them and I think they are definetly worth reading no matter the price . I recieved a copy for my honest review , I don't give spoilers as its a treat to read and feel the emotions in the book as they come to you that's the best way to enjoy in my opinion . Thank You

Apollo had been watching Lauren from the moment she was born and had saved her from some awful experiences.
He had whispered to her and guided her for years through some of the toughest times.
Lauren made a choice to let go of her sad and terrible life and this means she actually gets to see her angel in person.
Once his presence is known to her, he is constantly around trying to get her to question her choices.
Apollo doesn't understand she doesn't have the options he might think and she needs to do certain things to survive.
As this guardian angel and his charge grow closer, he wants her to be his only no matter what.
Will Lauren be able to accept love when she's never felt it before?
I loved this third book in the guardian league series just as much as the ones that came before it.

This is a book filled with different emotions, romance, passion, steamy scenes and a happily ever after ending. Lauren is a human and Apollo is her guardian Angel. Lauren hasn’t had an easy life and in order to leave her mums house she takes a job stripping. The boss tells her he owns her and treats her awfully. Despite Apollo’s assurances that she deserves better she can’t bring herself to leave the club. He tells her he loves her and saves her life on more than one occasion. When things come to a shocking halt between her and the club owner, Apollo asks her to date him to prove they can be together and that she’s worth it. It all comes crashing down when Apollo breaks a rule to make her happy and he is taken from her. It’s then that she realises that she loves him. Weeks later Apollo returns and they have committed to a relationship when Apollo is called away. It’s then that she is kidnapped by the leader of the derelicts and hidden away from him. He must resort to tactics he didn’t think he’d use again in order to find her. When he does he is given some news that enrages him. He has his mate back and his only thoughts were of her and their future.

Apollo and Lauren- Dark Romance -True Love
This has been my favorite of the series so far, although for those easily triggered, it can be difficult at first. Lauren's emotional journey to understanding that she is worthy of love is heart wrenchingly painful and blissfully joyful in equal measure. This book is so well-written with incredible pacing that I could not put it down. Lauren ventures through various types of abuse, and living a lifestyle that seems to be nearly impossible to escape. Thanks to excellent world-building, Apollo, her angel, demonstrates the true depth of what Guardian Angels can and should be. It is both realistic and romantic at the same time. Lauren and Apollo have sizzling chemistry. At times, I am cheering for Lauren to find her way. At other times, I wonder why Apollo and Lauren aren't farther along in their relationship. What is clear from this book is that love, regardless of human or angel status, is not easy, but it is worth it in the end. I found myself crying, cheering, and so involved with this story that by the end, I just kept smiling.
Again, it is not an easy read, but the writing makes it all worth it.

At 22-years-old, Lauren lives at home taking care of the house for her mother who does not appreciate it. When Lauren decides life is not worth living, she takes some of the psychotropic drugs her mother keeps. But her Guardian Angel, Apollo, does not let her die. When Lauren gets out of the hospital, her mother screams at her and tells her to find another place to stay. Since Lauren has never worked, she seeks out a job at a strip club where she starts a relationship with the owner. Apollo has been telling Lauren that she is worth more than being a stripper but Lauren does not believe him. At least, not at first. This story has a very imaginative way of depicting angels plus there is romance and steam with a HEA. Highly recommended.

Loved reading this story about Apollo and Lauren. Apollo, guardian angel, who has fallen in love with his ward Lauren who he's guarded since her birth. Lauren life has gone to bad to worse and at twenty-two years old she's given up and wants to die so she takes her Mom's pills. Spirit leaving her body Lauren sees Apollo who tells her to return to her body. Lauren wakes up in a hospital room and sees Apollo. Apollo tells her what he is and she goes off on him telling him he failed. Can Apollo change Lauren perspective? This book was highly entertaining with personable characters as you root for Apollo and Lauren as their romance blooms. The environment of Lauren's life felt real in the enjoyable ARC that I volunteer to read and review via Booksprout.

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW of Apollo by TK Lawyer, the third book in the Guardian League series. Apollo is a Guardian Angel and Lauren is his human charge. From the start of the read, Lauren has real issues and Apollo has his hands full trying to ensure her safety. There are fun and sweet moments that are interspersed with a few dark moments, a lot of action and drama, spicy heat (Mature Readers ONLY) and a lot of angst. It somehow combines into a story that works. A good read that can be read as stand alone.

This is the third book in the Guardian League series by T.K. Lawyer and is as good as the first 2 books. Apollo has been Lauren's guardian angel all her life and has fallen in love with her. But Lauren's life has gone steadily downhill to the point she decides to end her life. Apollo saves her, but Lauren is none too happy about that. Apollo is determined to change Lauren's perspective and help her move ahead with her life. This book is very well paced, compelling, the characters interesting, and steamy. Solid 4 star read.

Lauren is a disturbed heroine. I understand where she is coming from given her background. She's got sass and spunk with Apollo, but I hate the fact that she didn't show half or that strength to Carl initially. She became just like her mother, and it was sad she kept delving more into that hole than she planned. But Apollo to the rescue, even though she took him for granted and was nasty to him. Who doesn't want a kind and patient guardian angel, who is hot and also in love with you. What a total package. Apollo is a treat and one guardian angel you want to yourself, of course, you have to treat him better than Lauren did.

Apollo, an angel, has watched Lauren from birth and fallen for her. She has a horrible life, with a drugged up mother and situations that pull her self esteem to new lows. She tries to overdose on the drugs her mother has and sees Apollo and hears him for the first time when he tells her to return to her body and that better times are around the corner. The characters have a unique relationship that grows, with intense feelings. The storyline has great backstories that help define the characters. Loved the pull that they have on each other and the triumphs that come. Great ending.

Lauren is depressed and unloved by her family to the point she tries to end her life. Thats when she meets Apollo her guardian angel. Apollo has watched over her since birth and has fallen for his charge. He is determined to make her see life can be better. After fighting with him Lauren continues down self harms path, and works in a strip club where the abusive owner dates her. Apollo defies the angel human relationship rules and continues to try show Lauren he loves her and will help with changing lifes direction.

This is the 3rd book in the Guardian League. It is NOT one to be missed. This is Apollo and Laurens story. It is deceptively fantastic. Apollo is a guardian angel who has a charge that he cannot help but fall for. Lauren is such a well written and great character for Apollo. The chemistry between these two is explosive. It was a slow burn you see coming but have no way to get out of the flame before it engulfs you. This was an incredible book and a sweet treat for this series!

Lauren has had a rough life. Apollo os her Guardian angel and has been watching over her since bismuth. He has saved her life multiple times and has fallen in love with her. She has finally reached her last straw and can not take any more sontries to end her life. Apollo will not stand for this so he shows himself to save her. Can he prove to her she is worth it? This was an amazing story with much angst. Keep tissues close by as it does pull at your heartstrings.

I’m loving this series and this is book 3 in The Guardian League series and this is Apollo’s and Lauren’s story. This is an emotional story my heart went out to Lauren she’s had a horrible life and a mother who doesn’t care so Lauren’s had enough and tries to end her life but her guardian angel Apollo won’t let that happen. I loved these characters especially Apollo he wouldn’t give up on Lauren and he showed her what love was really like, this is a fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s well worth the read.

I loved this book! It's my favorite in this series so far! It was full of emotion and absolutely heart-wrenching at times. Apollo has been Lauren's guardian angel since birth, guiding her, encouraging her. But she experiences things in her life and reaches and point when she doesn't want to live anymore. Apollo steps in to save her, and encourages her to see her own worth and find happiness. A twist later on that I totally didn't expect. Great story! 5 stars.

Lauren has led a tough life and feel like life not worth living. Apollo shows himself to save her. Lauren puts herself in a dangerous situation and Apollo has to convincing Lauren that she was beautiful and worthy of love. There a twist thrown in near the end that changes everything. This was an emotional rollercoaster.

Ah I loved this book so much. There wasn't anything to dislike about it, in my opinion. It was entertaining right from the very beginning and I loved the characters. Apollo was a sexy and protective sweetheart. I felt bad for Lauren at times for what she had been through. Their story was emotional and heartwarming. It was nicely written and I really enjoyed the plot.

This follows Apollo and Lauren's story. They have so much passion between them. This is filled with drama, action, heat,, emotion, and angst. The storyline is very entertaining and made for an great read.

I loved this book. There were even a few parts where I cried. There was a twist near the end of the book that I wasn't expecting. If I didn't need to sleep at night I would have been done much quicker. I'm anxiously awaiting the rest of this series. More books should have angels finding true love...

I highly recommend this book. Even though the book is part of a series, it is a stand-alone work. The writing is engaging and the story moves along at a natural pace. Apollo is the guardian angel of a damaged soul. He strives to make her see her own self worth as she engages in a series of self-destructive behaviors. While you root for the heroine, you also want to slap some sense into her. A very compelling story of a damaged individual learning her own self-worth and moving on to happiness. While hot sexy guardian angels may be fantasy (let us hope they are not) the story is full of very real world evil and the pain it inflicts on us mere mortals. I love this book and can't wait to meet the next hot angel.
