After recovering from the shock of Neverland's recent attack, Noah and the team are sent back into the field to identify and eliminate a power player who uses his position as a legitimate arms dealer to manipulate terror groups and nations alike. Unfortunately, this means infiltrating the man's organization, and the only opening he's got is for an assassin of his own.
Impersonating a recently eliminated assassin-for-hire, Noah makes his way through the ranks to the top leadership, but then comes the surprise. The Top Dog isn't who the government thought he was, and the truth will have repercussions that will rock the world.

Totally exciting! I’ve read all of the previous books in this series and loved them all. I was on the edge of my seat throughout this one. Perfect plot twists. Read this series!
now i am hooked. This was such a great, easy and creative book. i was hooked after the first page.
The characters were easy to fall in love with and follow, along with the story. the author made the mental visions so easy and vivid of the surroundings and the characters actions felt so real.
i would highly recommend this author and this book.
I might have given this book 4 or 5 stars had it not been for the poor editing that often confused me. 😵 I wanted to contact the author because I honestly thought the wrong edition must have uploaded to Amazon. However I enjoyed the story and hope the next book in the series is better edited. I would recommend this book and series but with a strong caution regarding all the mistakes. (I found some mistakes in the first three books of the series, just not as bad as book four ). I will continue to read this series.
Noah again is the greatest assassin to ever live and is the best at anything anyone tries to teach him from karaoke to impersonation. Really, we get it, Noah is awesome and a bad-ass, quit with the endless Superman descriptions. Sarah is annoying as heck, she knew the score when this whole assassin team started so whining every time Noah has to be in danger gets old. Enough with the whole needy girlfriend bit, suck it up buttercup and do your job. Not a bad story this time except for the annoying lack of character development and the stereotypes that the author never seems to break free of for computer people and women.
Sarah is a whiner. This book is series is about an assassin's team, and the writer turned it around by putting Noah and Sarah together, and then making her out to be a whining woman. Noah was a great character to be made an assassin with his unfeeling psyche, but now the writer seems to be changing that as well. I don't know whether I will continue reading after the next book. That depends on what happens with the characters.
My daughter, when young and watching adventure/thriller/horror movies would get annoyed because “why is it always the woman who ‘falls over’ and slows everyone down?” I read the previous 3 books and Sarah is gradually turning into exactly that misogynist view of women - i.e. the weakest link… When she and Noah got together they promised Alison that their relationship would not interfere with their missions and would actually be a bonus. Yet by book 4 she’s all “that plan’s too dangerous” weepy. The plan never gets changed and her behaviour is certainly unprofessional so I don’t see how it serves to move the narrative along - apart from adding a layer of author chauvinism. Considering that she works for an organisation where failure means that her bosses put a bullet in her brain, you’d think her team (who are so close they now consider themselves a family and watch out for each other as such) would tell her to cut out the negativity for her own best interest and the interests of her lover and themselves - especially as doesn’t come up with any viable alternative plans. I can’t imagine any of the men getting away with such an annoyingly negative attitude and with increasing frequency - ‘the plan’s too dangerous, what if you don’t come back, I know there’s no alternative, fret/worry/cry…’ I find her so annoying that now I’m HOPING she’ll ‘fall over’, and with such catastrophic failure, that she’s removed from the storyline altogether. Permanently 😆 Dunno if I can read the rest of the series, which is a shame because I enjoyed the first couple
Noah and team are still recovering from the attack and tragedy at Neverland when they are cleared for a new assignment. Their job is to take down the leader of a terrorist organization that is planning an event that will have a worldwide effect. The problem being that no one knows who the actual leader is. Noah must impersonate an assassin that was hired for the job to find out the target and the top dog in the organization to eliminate them. MI6 has the actual assassin under arrest and he escapes causing a cat & mouse game with Noah that will have deadly consequences for the team and the world. The council that represents the top dog has Neil, Sarah, & Moose on task running drones and tracking satellite telephones to help Noah find the actual location of leadership and the assassin who is stalking Noah. The tight team works well together and makes for an enjoyable read except Sarah gets a little overbearing at times because of her "romance" with Noah. The man has no emotions which makes him the best at his work and she wants more. Also the camaraderie between Moose & "little brother" Neil is endearing and it balances the tough military men attitudes with the emotionless Noah.
I really liked the first 3 books of this series. Keep in mind, I don't normally read government-type adventure thrillers but I wanted something different. This series seems to be a light version of that genre, and that suited me just fine. I don't care about details on guns, government procedures, etc. I just like an entertaining story and I could deal with these being probably a little unrealistic. The plots were good. I didn't even mind the excessive filler copy describing meals (how much can these people eat though, truly?)
Book 4 is sadly, all I can take. The dialog is contrived, the characters aren't developing, and his use of British slang is annoyingly over the top. To the point I feel it could be insulting to a Brit.
It's unfortunate because the plot could be good in this one too, but I'm too annoyed with the writing to even finish it. I may pick up this series sometime down the road, seeing as there are so many - they must get better? But for now, sorry Archer. Ya lost me.
When I realized this book was by a British writer, I thought I wouldn't like. I'm American and don't catch the British innuendo, double entendre and such as I do with American writers. However after the first few chapters, I got interested in the characters. The mix of US an British characters was enough to keep me interested and wanting to keep reading. I'm glad I stayed with and have purchased a few more Noah Wolf books. Give 'em a try. They are pretty good reading!
Noah Wolf and his crew are tasked with a new assignment to fix the world of a dangerous terrorist group. Although they run into some hair raising experiences in the UK the team all do what they do best. Noah is supposed to pretend to be an assassin that works with the group, but that's when things start to go wrong. Step by step these 4 warriors are tasked with many drawbacks and prevail. You will love this book, if only to see how they extract themselves from these obstacles.
This was a more complex assignment. Noah was to impersonate a man, and to get all the players that were in the organization. With a hair dye and change of voice, the team heads out. They find out that a member of Royalty was to be eliminated. Causing a ruffle in the plan when the real Adrian comes out, forcing them to doubt who was the real one. A last minute of action saved some but one of the team members lost. He wanted to save his team the only way he knew. How will they regroup and the next mission will be.
A assassin has been hired to kill Prince Charles and the Prime Minister. Noah and his team are on a mission to prevent this. One of their valued team members lost his life to prevent another one from dying. It should be noted the team are family. A bond that is unusual, but this makes them so successfull. They are devasted. The Queen has personally honored all of the members. An extremely tragic read bit another excellent read in this series. My highest recommendation!! Enjoyed immensely!!
Another riveting story with a ton of twists and turns with team Camelot! There are few timeline inconsistency with a couple of the meets, today, tonight, tomorrow all listed, but it was easy to over look. But when they forget to think about sniper positions for one of hte missions, it seems definitely shoddy work for such a fantastic team.. The group is definitely meshing and a high performing team and it's fun to have such a high value ticket and will possibly age well or not... Another great and fun read... have the next one ready to read!

When I started reading this book, I wasn't sure I would finish it. As it turned out, I'm glad I stuck with it. The book got better as the story progressed. There is a lot of exciting action in it and the characters are fun to follow. I found some of the dialogue repetitious and a little tedious, but this was made up for in the story-line and the action. Good book and entertaining read. I encourage anyone who starts it to stick with it. It will be well worth your while.
Story kept me glued to the pages ! I stayed up reading so late I went to sleep in my recliner with my Kindle on my lap and my glasses on my face.. What a tremendous novel!! Mr. Archer I am not a bloodthirsty person..not a psychotic one either..but an avid reader of many types of well written books of many kinds. You are a wonderful writer and I thank you!!
The latest book in the Noah Wolf series was awesome, especially the storyline. Noah and his Camelot team were assigned to go to England to destroy a terrorist group. Noah had to impersonate the Worlds deadliest assassin who had been captured by the British Secret Service. Noah has the ability to mimic anyone gets hired by the terrorist organization to kill Prince Charles. Very good story with a surprise and tragic event.
So far these books are great. Story and characters are developing well. My sole grip is what the author is doing with Sarah. She is starting to sound like a whiny sap in this book. If she’s a part of this elite team, the whole “what an I gonna do if something happens” whining is getting old. Especially emphasizing it more in the audio version. All in all great storylines so far. Only on book number 4 ;)

A great story with lots of action and an ending that shocked me. My one complaint is Sarah….she whines a bit too much and seems rather needy. It doesn’t really seem to fit her personality or role on the team. I get she loves Noah but it seems like she would annoy the men on the team with her clinginess. It just seems weird to me, as a woman who could never do what Sarah does, so maybe I am completely wrong. Regardless I find this series very engaging and will certainly continue to read on.
I write this review in shock at the loss of one of the team. This series continues to build on the tension of each mission tackled but unlike other books it shows the human side of the spy game. Yes they are human and not all robots. The story was gripping throughout. Again I could not put the book down. Well done David. Another winner .
I have enjoyed reading these books in the order they were written. Each one has pulled me into the personalities of the characters deeper.I am thoroughly enjoying the plots the writer so skillfully weaves. When the reader finds him/herself suddenly presented with an unexpected turn in the story, it is all the more delicious.
Got my kindle working and was able to finish the story. I enjoyed the story and liked the pace of the story. Kept me wondering what was going to happen next.
I'm getting addicted to these books. There could be more action and less eating at restaurants but overall I liked it. Getting to know the characters now and need to read something other than Mitch Rapp. Third read each one.
I’m really enjoying all the Noah Wolf novels by David Archer. This one had a some action and was difficult to put down especially towards the end. Looking forward to the next missions of Team Camelot.
The undramatical becomes quite dramatic. Noah, Moose, Sarah and Neil attempt to stop an assassin and the top leadership behind the assassin's funding. All of this in the UK, Italy and Syria.
This is a series you will not want to put down. The thrills and excitement keep you enthralled. I read two books in one day because when I start a book I can't put it down until I get to the end. These books keep you in suspense until the very end
I always believe the sign of a great book is one where you the reader actually feel the emotions of the characters and this book delivers. I laughed out loud, felt nervous and anxious, and even cried which may have appeared to be strange to my coworkers.
Not related to the others online that the same team works to stave off an assassin and in doing so, impersonated him to learn and foil what are his assignments.
