The Silversmith Chronicles: Episode Three
As Episode Three begins, werewolves have raided the livestock and decimated the deer herd of the Salem Crossroads’ forests. One man, William Snodgrass, has been identified as a werewolf, but now there seems to be a second, perhaps even a third beast in the area. Could the silversmith’s daughter, Eva, who ran away with Snodgrass and is now pregnant, be under the werewolf curse?
Two local boys, Ned Duncan and Jake Housa, have been tracking the beasts and actually killed one with a silver bullet. Trouble is, it turned out to be the Gypsy Queen’s son, who had only recently been infected when he tried to rescue Eva.
We now find Eva and Snodgrass living in a shack in the woods waiting for the birth of their baby. Maria, the Italian girl from the mine, has brought food and clothing to Eva. In broken English, she confided to Ned and Jake what she has been doing.
