When I climbed up the corporate lader, I was looking for a one-stop shop, which could have helped me to define what I need to have in me to reach the top. I was desperate to know what the corporate world looks for. Most of the books told me 'What' to do. I was looking for 'why' and 'How' to have those qualities in me. I wanted someone to gudie me from experience. When the search yielded nothing, I thought of creating one, which will help any aspiring person to find the path, that, I sincerely struggled for. This book contains lot of anectodes which reflected exactly the same career mistakes which I was doing. One particular thing I liked with this book was, unlike other career related books, this one was written in the form of a story. As a reader I travelled with the characters of the story, made me to see the problems that I did on my own eyes and suggested what I could have done better.

A worthy read.
