This book tries to cover every massage topic and never cover any of them with more than 4 pages, with all the images involved, 4 pages barely introduces a topic. Overall I thought this is the type of book you would find in a middle school library.

If you're a beginner and don't want to spend the money on getting a full textbook, this isn't bad.
