2.5 - short book, focused on answering a few key questions to give an 'infomercial' in job interviews. somewhat helpful, but only in that one particular area. hard to find a good fit job with unclear skills and unsure where to go next. better for people looking to tweak their next job after finding some satisfaction in their last job.

A short and simple career book focused on following your true fit. Most people focus on winning a job when they should be finding a job that is a true fit to them. This book gives a different perspective on typical issues like your CV, networking, interviews, research etc.
