This is the only book of The Strange, or the Cypher System that I have. My use for it is limited to using these many worlds presented as bits here and there in other campaigns. I was looking for the seeds of ideas, and I got plenty of what I was after. There are a ton of adventure hooks and ideas in here. Even the worlds that are obviously taken from popular movies and book series usually have some twist that helps make them memorable. This book made me want to explore the rules system and the game, which is about as good a review as you can get.
An eclectic mix of recursions for The Strange RPG, demonstrating the flexibility of the game and its ability to merrily skip between genres. Many of the settings could easily be used as a standalone settings for campaigns or one-shots.
