This is a first that I know of in the world of BDSM with this author.
Carrington was the brass and bold character who purchased Stella for his own. He'd made an arrangement with Stella's pimp to keep her for one month for set amount of money and period of time.
During that month it turned out to be Extremely intense, sexually charged, and at times physiologically challenging when it came to Carrington and Stella.
Stella's life tuned upside down, and Carrington grew to become close to Stella in a way that wasn't on his agenda.
After Stella's time was up her pimp returned to retrieve her, but Carrington refused. Things became complicated to say the least.
The intense emotional experience Stella and Carrington shared was one you won't forget.
Be prepared to be taken into a world of an erotic ride that turns into a suspenseful ending, but one that tears at the heartstrings as well.

This is my most favorite from Amanda by far

I buy and read every single book this author writes. I'm never disappointed. Everything is amazing, but this book right here blew me away! Shameless Submission is definitely my most favorite from her.

Stella doesn't have the best life. Her job is being a hooker. Her pimps name is Walt he treats her like crap.

Michael a very delicious rich man pays Walt 18 grand to keep Stella for two months. He trains Stella to be his submissive.

This book is super hot and intense. I'm looking forward to reading part 2.

I like how in the categories listed “coming of age” was one of them, didn’t see that but ok. So wasn’t sure what I thought of the book, or how I was going to rate it. Stella and Michael s story is a bitter different for me.
Michael has paid quiet a bit of money for 60 days with a whore. All Stella wanted to do now that her pimp came to her rescue from a abusive client, is shower and sleep.. but neither of those are coming since she is in a car with her next client heading to his home.
For a few out there in the lifestyle, Michael will come off harsh and intense....and I thought that at first myself. Stella not knowing much about the BDSM lifestyle, and Michael throwing dont's and do's at her, I’m surprised she handled all of it as well as she did. What I didn’t hear is a safe-word mentioned, some say a “slave” doesn’t require a safe-word(that is debatable). Even as harsh as we may or may not see Michael he is a Dom, and one of his responsibilities is to see to his slaves needs. Everything Michael dished out, Stell took in...ok maybe not a gracefully as she could have been.
With only 4 characters Ms Heartley has weaved the story line with the characters. This is not a stand a lone. A pimp, a Rich man and a hooker.. grins very interesting. Enough so that Ill be lookng for the next book. Hey there's someone that I think should have been shark foot. Just a tad bit of something is missing, not sure what it is....I'd love to see your review, to get others opnions. In the meantime, grab the book, read the book... enjoy the book

Wow, this book really blew me away. I loved it, it was just so intense -- the ending really shocked me, I was totally not expecting it and now I have to wait for the second one, these cliffhangers want to make me tear my hair off (in a good way).

This isn't your normal rich man who takes the girl's virginity and teaches her all about BDSM. No, not this story! This actually is about a girl who is a hooker who is bought for two months by a rich man and he can do whatever he wants with her. His intentions are to teach her how to be his submissive. At first Stella doesn't dig his intentions of making her his submissive, but then when she experiences her first lashes of punishment, she knows she likes it and learns how to please her master. I love how he talks, so dirty and it's such a turn on when you hear a man talk to you like that, I love when a man takes control over a woman.

Michael is a man that is well respected and is into BDSM. For some reason he has his eyes set on Stella, even though he knows she's a prostitute. I'm just wondering what the whole mystery is about. This book has you hooked from the beginning and now I can't wait for book number 2 because this one leaves you wishing the second book was available to just dive in and continue the story.

If you're looking for a great erotic story to read, this is the book for you!! Lots and lots of great sex and a very mysterious book. I totally give this book 4.5 stars.

Stella is a hooker. Honestly, truly, that's her profession. Michael takes her home, she's expecting a round of sex. What she gets is a bath, a comfy bed and some TLC. When Stella wakes, she finds out just why she's where she's at...She's become a sex slave.
Kudos Ms. Heartley for keeping your story super sexy and erotic and not losing the story amidst the sex. Stella just kills me. She doesn't comprehend the fact that if she does as she's asked, all is well, but she consistently defies Michael wishes and ends up being punished...ooh, that punishment seems hard to take.
After some scorching hot, panty melting sex, we're left with a little cliffy. Shameless 2 in still in the works and I can't wait to get my hands on it.

If you're looking for a short (read in a few hours) sexy read, this is for you. The characters are likeable, Michael sounds like a fantastic teacher, and did I mention some of the scenes are so freaking sexy you're gonna want your significant other (even if it's B.O.B) handy!

First of, forced submission is never okay in the real world. And honestly, I think that's why I can give this book more than three stars. I finished the book, though a bit reluctantly, but it was a little hard to swallow.

With that being said, I would consider this book to be a dark romance, taboo read. And, I'm definitely getting the rest of the series because I feel for the main character, and I want to know what happens.

Not everyone is into the same genres, stories, ideas, etc., so something I may not have enjoyed, you may love. However, I didn't hate this book. Thinking about it a little more, it's why I gave it three stars, I enjoyed it a little, but didn't absolutely love it. And, as relayed earlier, I am curious as to what happens, and am getting the rest of the series to find out.

This is a first for me from this author. Michael and Stella will set fire to your kindles. I enjoyed the story, I absolutely loved Michael (Sir). Stella I did find her to be a bit immature, but she grew on me.
Overall I found this to be an enjoyable read.

Stella started working as a prostitution on the streets for Walt. One day
she had a John that beat her up and it happen to be the same day that Sir came to get her out of Walt's clutches. He came to her room and found her battered and abused. Sir take her away and tells her that she will be with him for two months. He paid Walt 60,000 dollars for her time.

Sir (Michael) told her he will be training her but really had no idea what he was talking about. Stella meets his house person Maga who brought her food and helped her out. Sir told Stella that as long as she was there and he paid for her she would have to follow his rules.

Michael leads Stella into the world of Dom/Sub and at first she didn't like it because she was scared but then she really enjoyed it. Sir takes Stella to a club and when Stella goes in she is amazed at what was going on. Stella also noticed subs wearing a collar with a leash with their Doms. Stella asked Michael why she didn't she have a collar he explained as long as he was paying she was his whore.

A lot of very hot Sex along with kidnapping and murder this book does have its twists. Doe Stella stay with Sir once her contract is up or does she submit fully?

This is the first book I have read by this author, and I was seeking out more when I was done. As the story unfolds, you are left questioning how Stella became a prostitute, her relationship with Walt (her pimp), how Michael came to be in her life, and the significance of Maga, the trusted housekeeper. There are some skillfully done flashbacks, so I don't want to reveal too much. Michael/Sir trains a willing but conflicted Stella. Stella's a strong girl & has a difficult upbringing, so she hides her vulnerability, emotions, and dreams well. After looking after herself and her mother for so long, she knows to only count on herself. Will Stella learn to trust Michael or continue to treat him as a client? Just when it looks like the couple might have a chance, Stella runs into a wee bit of trouble which Michael helps sort out with his whip. I really enjoyed the storyline-eventually! I was a bit creeped out at first, not knowing what was happening to Stella. The characters and their histories emerge, making the story itself satisfyingly complex. The ending was quite fun (go, Maga!). Well written, good storyline, great sex...highly recommended read.

A Submissive's Training

This is an interesting story about the development of a BDSM relationship. Michael/Sir purchases 2 exclusive months with escort, Stella, from her pimp, during which time Sir intensively trains Stella to be his submissive. Although Stella has had no previous experience with this lifestyle, and has many reservations about the demands, she comes to really appreciate many aspects of it. Stella also realizes that the money she will earn would be sufficient to allow her to move away and begin anew with no stigma based on her past.

Stella's character was extremely well described in this story. My only real issue was that Michael remains an enigma throughout most of it. I would have really liked to know more of his background, and the reasons for and thought processes that dictated many of his actions and reactions. The limited information Stella obtained from Michael or from his live in help, Maga, was insufficient, and I often had to make assumptions, much like Stella did.

Even so, I felt this book was well conceived and written, there is plenty of heat, and I believe that readers of the dark romance genre will enjoy it, as I did.

Our heroine is a high-paid hooker and our heroine the billionaire that wants her as his pet.

This is not a dubcon story as our heroine knows what she is getting into, but that doesn't mean there are no conflicts or issues to be dealt with. The story has plenty of twists and turns, mostly on an emotional plane, which draws the audience in. The emotions and eventual connection between our characters seemed solid and realistic, which can be challenging when they are going through tough times. Regardless, they work through it and I thoroughly enjoyed the journey.

Oh, and did I mention there is plenty of steamy sex with strong BDSM and D/S elements?

I found the story to be very well written and easy to read. And while it does not end on a cliffhanger, everything is not resolved and there is clearly more to come. I, for one, look forward to it.

Okay, what shall I say on this ... just do not have words for it. It all starts a bit dark and it soon becomes clear that main characters have a chemistry with each other and that they do not dare to come out well for their own feelings. Do not forget the hot scenes and excitement that really make this book pop. From me 4 stars .. in my time line I sometimes lost it a bit and it is only from her pov .. I also wanted to have a look in from his pov. But in spite of that it should not spoil the fun, that it was a very easy book.

This book does not start out like a typical D/s experience in that the sub/Stella is a prostitute who enters into the contract because she was bought by her Dom, Michael. The book holds true to the D/s relationship in that there is training that the sub must learn and when that happens, the Dom hands out the rewards he feels are needed or the punishment when needed. A relationship begins to develop on each side but it is not clear whether they will each get their HEA since there seems to be a difference in what Stella and Michael view what that may be.

This novel is about an alpha male who buys a female hooker, she’s never tried BDSM before and wasn’t expecting it. Through her need for money she gives it a go and it turns out to be something she never expected. There are some twists and turns to the story and eventually it has a HEA, but there is some work to get to that ending. A well written book with likable characters, I stayed up all night reading this book, once I started, I just found that I couldn’t put it down till I finished it! Very adult themed and detailed scenes with some dubious consent at times!

I found this book to be intriguing with characters who jumped off the pages of the book. What I didn't like was the torment that Michael made her go through. I thought it was over the top. She was already in a very bad situation and I found myself not liking him because he kept throwing it in her face. I also didn't like his treatment of her. I understand somewhat why he did it in the end, but a few hints in the middle giving us insight into his thoughts and actions might have made me like this book better. It was however, a well written story and gave the reader an emotional connection.

I love this author and have read many of her books and loved each and every one of them. However, this one left me really disappointed. I could not get engaged with the characters, I found the story lacking an emotional or mental hook to keep me interested. I pushed myself to read it but only got about halfway through it before I gave up. I just could not continue. This is very disappointing for me because as I said I love this author. I am not sure what she was going for with this one but it just didn’t work for me at all.

This book is an amazing read. The characters have complex pasts, which gives them color and substance. This also adds to the storyline. The storyline has twists and turns that you don't expect, it has action and suspenseful moments that keep you breathless and in the edge of your seat but the most intense element of this storyline are the emotions. You feel their emotions, you live them. It's an incredible journey. And you can't forget about the cherry on top of the spice and hot events that bring Stella into the lifestyle. Amazing read!

This dark romance is filled with sizzle and intensity. Michael and Stella's story is complex and there are many complications for them along the way. The chemistry is hot enough to burn the pages and the scenes are filled with scorching heat. Aside from all the heat in this BDSM romance, the emotions are varied and deep. I feel that this is a read that will inspire many feelings in the reader. Some are good and some are bad, but if the darkness and subject matter is not an issue for you, I believe you will find this read very enjoyable. This is my independent and impartial review.

Tons of drama, lots of unsure moments between Michael and Stella. The BDSM was very HOT!! When the 60 days are up, Stella's pimp wants her back and Michael steps in to help her. Both characters have not led perfect happy lives. Will they heal each other??

I enjoyed this book. My heart went out for Stella whose life changed when she lost her Mother. Working on the street was never her dream but after a awful night where a client had beat the S*** out of her life, her changed forever. Walt her pimp had just taken payment for another client to take her for 2 months.
But it was a life that Stella wasn't used to.
Michael was a complicated man with needs that he needed Stella to obey. But could Stella be the missing part of Michael or would Walt demand that Stella gets back on the streets??

There are parts of this book that are intense this story is about a hooker sold as a sex slave. While on this journey Stella learns some truth about her life and Michael has to come to terms with events from his past. The question can they overcome it all? This well-written piece will not be for everyone, yet perhaps if it out your comfort zone that is a good thing. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
