Enlightening

I felt this book includes a number of great hitting and coaching principles that were simplified and easy to understand. I think this book is a MUST READ for anyone who coaches baseball or has a child who plays baseball/softball.

Science to Art connection

Fantastic techniques. Not the clearest writing. Myers is clearly a teacher, not a writer. Written well enough to get a lot out of it, however. Hitting principles are founded in objective observation and objective results, not biases and preconceived ideas. Very good book. Seeing good results already.
