Siim Land was born on a small island in the Baltic Sea called Saaremaa. When translated from Estonian to English it literally means "An Island." Being the son of a police officer and a teacher he was brought up in a loving household. Interesting combination of Keto diet and intermittent fasting. Provides lots of tips and explains very accurately the magic behind the scenes that’s happening.
Extremely useful book for anyone that wants to learn about fasting and the keto diet, along with how our bodies function and what we need for the function better. Would definitely recommend.
4 stars though cause some of the information is repeated (literary copy and pasted from one page to another), there are typos and words that should’t be omitted, and the occasional splash of arrogance from the author when he says he is writing “top notch literature” or doing something else, which is amazing.
