Fasting is great

Great book where you can find recipes to control weight and gain health. I have first hand experience of fasting and fast you can feel lot better.
There are number of religions where you can find fasting like Islam has fasting. Ramadan is a month where Muslims fast for whole month.

Basic info and meal plans

3 stars because of you are surfing person you already know most of it.
For a person like me I already knew most of the stuff apart from meal plan and if you are Internet surfer like me you don't need this book but if you are a novice to for this it will help you start your journey into world of intermittent fasting and enjoy the benefits.

I have my map for losing weight!!

This book has awesome recipes for fasting. It takes the guessing out which makes it easier on your losing weight journey.
