for a text book, which i'm guessing should be neutral, this book was really supportive of same sex marriage and adoptions by same sex couples. definitely not a bad thing! but unusual for a text book

Assigned. Goes into the history of a lot of legal issues. Interesting and enjoyable textbook. 3.5
