Awful.
Unfortunately, many organizations run their meetings using this awful text as guidance for operation.
Maybe large organizations can find value in this 700 plus page horror. Small groups, like the ones I have been associated with, can be hampered by it. More informal interactions afford accomplishing more and operating more efficiently.
There is a rival to Robert's - Parliamentary Procedure. It's better if you must use something.

Reasonably fair summary of the basics. Can't nor shouldn't replace RONR or RONRIB, yet (sadly) still covers more of the essentials than some HOAs and managing agents care to keep in force for protection of homeowner rights.

Quick reference. Not substantial enough to be the only guide but good to bring along to your meeting with specific pages tabbed and highlighted.
