My favorite series from Gold Eagle and from Jerry Ahern. Although Jerry jumped ship for some unknown reason after book #10. Patrick Andrews, whoever he is took over for the last three books. The last two were five stars all the way. This was a misfire. it had its moments but came off reading like a book from The Destroyer series to me.
An old army buddy of Track, a full-blooded Apache calls him in to help out in stopping an uprising on his reservation. The leader of the Apache insurrection has the hearts and minds of big wigs in the entertainment industry. His motives, he says are for the betterment of his people. All along, it's just to smuggle dope out and make a lot of cash.
