Olivia had life all planned out- that was until she received a Dear Jane letter.
When twenty-two-year-old Olivia Fitzgerald is dumped by her boyfriend of ten years, she suspects his rash actions have something to do with her devious mother and her constant criticizing. Determined to start fresh, Olivia makes a sudden and spontaneous decision to move across the globe to England.
Heartbroken and stubborn, Olivia believes life would be best if she stayed clear of all men. Of course that was until she stumbles into the arms of the quick-tempered recluse that is William Edwards. One night, a few drinks and one felony later, Olivia and William find in each other the one thing they thought they’d never feel again; love. But William hides a dark secret, one that will forever shatter the future Olivia had pictured for them.
One Year explores broken relationships, heartbreak and new beginnings; proving that love can be found in the most inconvenient of times, and in the most heartbreaking places.

I was recommended this novel by a friend who tolerates my obsession with Chick Lit books. I purchased the ebook, but had to get a physical copy. (Really love real-life books. Reading on a small screen is a headache!!!) Ms. Tomlinson hit the mark. A novel based in England....YES.... Tells the story of a heartbroken AMERICAN girl looking to start fresh in a new country, and in the process meets her a HOT British hunk. I loved the whole thing. It broke my heart while also making me so happy. Definitely will, and have, recommended to many. Fair warning, this novel will make you cry, but is worth it.
This book is insanely magnificent. William is well thought through character and this book is a masterpiece in the making. Infinity out of 5. I cant wait for your next work. Destiny.
