I have the best job in the world. I get paid for touching hot men. And not just any hot men: I am the sports therapist for Philly’s professional football team.
Of course the guys hit on me all the time. But I know their tricks. I’m a professional and never break my rules.
Until he lands on my massage table. Justin’s the most gorgeous, the most cocky, and the most annoying player on the team. He flirts without trying and offends the hell out of me. So why am I falling for him so hard?
I need to stay away from this guy, he’ll bring me nothing but trouble. But I can’t. He’s injured and Coach Michaels wants me to treat him.
Then the guy kisses me one day when I’m trying to work on him and I know I want him. I run after one explosive night together and try to hold my crumbling world together, facing life as a single mother.
He’s turned my world upside down, but I can’t ever let him know how much our night changed his.
Justin
Every guy wants to be like me. I am the most admired player in the NFL and the most desired one by the ladies. I can talk any woman into my bed. I live for the chase.
Until I lay eyes on the new sports therapist Jennifer. She’s gorgeous and tough and I know I’ve met my match. Too bad she’s not interested. But I don’t care. I’ll find a way to have her.
When I finally succeed, she gives me the best night of my life. For the first time, I want a woman to stay in my life.
She doesn’t.
I know I’ve fallen for her when the pain doesn’t go away. I need to find her to convince her we need a second chance. But where the hell is she?
NOTE: This book includes bonus stories!
Touchdown Daddy is a 59-page standalone book in a series of football stars secret baby romance novels. Other parts of the series: Football Daddy Quarterback Daddy
The books each have a guaranteed HEA and contain plenty of hot football players, steamy love-scenes and mature language. Definitely intended for 18+ readers.
Ava Walsh has a weak spot for bad boys, the irresistible ones that make your cheeks flush and annoy the hell out of you, making you want them even more. And of course for the women that succeed in winning their hearts.
Ava writes sexy, passionate and sweet stories that are short enough to brighten up your evening, and that always have a happily ever after.
She lives in warm California with her family. When she’s not writing, she’s usually found in the kitchen trying out a new recipe. Favorite things include reading, her horses and everything involving chocolate.
I rarely give two stars because in most cases if I'm not enjoying a book, I stop reading it. However, this book was extremely short so I kept going until the end. Although the writing was good this story line was not my cup of tea. The hero slept with numerous other partners after meeting the heroine and even after realizing he had feelings for her. And the heroine slept with another man after meeting and realizing she had feelings for the hero.

I rarly rate a novel less than 3 stars unless I really really really didn’t enjoy it ... or I didn’t finish it. And this one I didn’t finish, even though the story was only 50 something pages. However, there was no way I was finishing it. While the writing was okay, with a even and smooth flow, it was very juvenile. The dialogue by both POV’s sounded like teenagers and not grown adults.. When Justin found out Jessica’s baby was his immediate response “why is it mine?”. Like what?!? Not sure if that was a typo or if it was intentional but either way it was stupid. The story plot was was riddled with holes and it was very unbelievable. Like Jessica dating a hockey player even though she was pregnant with someone else’s kid. This novel had no substance and was far from realistic. The fact that the author thought it was a good idea to waste time detailing explicit sex scences with both charters and other people was so pointless and silly. And don’t get me started on the 25 extra book included with the novel. Not only was it overkill but after the disastrous first story there was no way I was even attempting to read the other. One thing this author needs to understand is that quick and insta-love doesn’t have to mean weak and unrealistic!
Where to start with this review.. the plot of the story was pretty obvious and basic. The title alone gave away the dilemma and drama and the writing lended itself to it. The characters were not likeable. I’m not even sure where their connection was except for physical lust. Their actions away from each other did not help bridge that either. This was a 2.75 stars for me. It’s saving grace was that it was short.
Another quick read of an oops event in the life of a football player & his physical therapist. This one dealt with a real manwhore that knew what he wanted & went for it.
great deal as there are a lot of Alpha bonus novellas. being novellas they are a little short for a deeper knowledge of the stories snd characters, though.
More than one story to read here. Most are sisters best friend romances. Touchdown daddy is about a footballer and sports physiotherapist and an unexpected pregnancy.
decent book and a pretty good story line but the book could be a whole lot better if it were longer and the story was more developed it almost seems like the middle of the book is missing.
