Ella Perry has two obsessions - one her lip balm collection and the other is hating Seth Lee. He is her arch nemesis and the bane of her existence. He is the guy that all the girls want in her high school but Seth Lee only has eyes for one girl, and that's Ella. It would be ok if Ella only ever saw him at school, but the thing is Seth is best friend's with Ella's brother, and he is also currently living at their house as he has some family issues that need to be worked out. During the book, we learn that Seth's hot and funny side is a facade as deep down he is hurting as his family life is a mess. He is the son of two drug addicts, and Seth must get their fix, or else consequences happen, and the ones he loves will get hurt or worst killed as it has happened before. Now as Seth finds himself falling harder for Ella, he is also trying to protect her but Ella is the type of girl who wants to stand by her man in thick and thin, and if there's a problem, she wants to help no matter the consequences. During the book, Ella will discover that people aren't all they seem and that sometimes the ones you thought you could trust - you really can't, and the ones people say are bad influences are some of the most caring around. Can Seth prove to Ella that he wants to be worthy of her and that no matter what the future brings, he will always fight for her? Stolen time

There are so many things wrong with this book. There are several run on sentences, character development is poor, and the dialogue is superficial. People do not actually talk like that!

It had a good enough story line for me to finish but you have to ignore all the other things in the process. Felt more like fan fiction.

Dissapointment

I hate to admit, but I think that this was the first book I didn't love as much as I thought I would. I was excited to read it, and see what it was about, but I am a little disappointed. The plot line was confusing and a bit all over the place. There were also quite a few grammatical errors, but I understand that if your not from America, with all of our annoyingly complex rules and requirements, there are bound to be mistakes. I wish I could say it was a great read, but I do want to read a few of your newer books to see improvement.

Ohh my god

I really thought this was gonna be good. It wasn't. The story line was so weird. And why did she keep forgiving him even after all that he did???!!! It was just kind of a dumb book. And I don't like calling books name unless I really don't like them and this was just really dumb. I don't know how her a Calvin were friends. At first I thought he was gay. That's how much this story line was all kinds of weird. I'm not even sure what the story line was. And everyone was kinda stuck up. I'm not marking it as spoiler because I'm saving you the time, effect, and money don't buy the book!! It was so bad. And I normally don't even rate books. If I could give 0 stars I would.

DNF (Did Not Finish)

The idea behind this story seemed cute. A teenage girl starts falling for her brother’s best friend, but the execution lacked the appeal the blurb brought. The characters and how they handled the various situations seemed unbelievable. The language of the characters as they spoke to one another was atrocious and didn’t fit the way they’d originally been made out to act. When the mother, who’d been so accepting of things a normal mother wouldn’t have been at the beginning of the story, suddenly seemed against the very things she’d been for, I just couldn’t handle it anymore and put it down.

Ehhh....

This story had so much potential. I loved the characters but the story never fully evolved for me. I wanted more. I felt it was too much of a cluster. Too much confusion. Like I said a ton of potential. Maybe I'll try future books from this author.

Horrible, do not bother

This book is so poorly written. The writer is all over the place. It's just plain bad. It reminded me of books I wrote in high school. Then I saw the writer is a teenager. Why would anyone publish this garbage. I hope she goes to college because writing is not for her.

This book is poorly written and it's all over the place, the main character hates the guy one second, but then it seems like they're best friend the next. I feel like this book and the characters are very childish.

Terrible writing.

It all made sense when I saw at the back of the book that the writer is 18 and English is her second language. It's a child's fantasy of what this situation would be like. The way the characters talk is painful.
