Interesting book and a good hands-on guide if one plans to do a solution focussed workshop with a team. In general I think the content could be more compressed and the book is a little bit to long. Especially as I was already familiar with the solution focussed approach I could not get a lot out of the first 50 pages. Still worth reading. Good overview and summary at the end. What I really like is that there are so many examples. This makes it very easy to grasp and concrete.

Not a spotless book, but it is a great book about how to work with teams and how to think about scheduling while working with a team as a coach/therapist. There's a lot of handy examples, questions and notes to consider. It's also nice how you can easily combine this with Reteaming and still get something new. Definitely a recommended read for any colleague from the field.

Practical advice on applying Solution Focus to Team Coaching. I'd have liked more examples and exercises because the theory I already know.
