Фёдор Михайлович Достоевский (Russian)

Works, such as the novels Crime and Punishment (1866), The Idiot (1869), and The Brothers Karamazov (1880), of Russian writer Feodor Mikhailovich Dostoyevsky or Dostoevski combine religious mysticism with profound psychological insight.

Very influential writings of Mikhail Mikhailovich Bakhtin included Problems of Dostoyevsky's Works (1929),

Fyodor Mikhailovich Dostoevsky composed short stories, essays, and journals. His literature explores humans in the troubled political, social, and spiritual atmospheres of 19th-century and engages with a variety of philosophies and themes. People most acclaimed his Demons(1872) .

Many literary critics rate him among the greatest authors of world literature and consider multiple books written by him to be highly influential masterpieces. They consider his Notes from Underground of the first existentialist literature. He is also well regarded as a philosopher and theologian.

Two novellas written 11 years apart. Both are delicious parodies of pompous upper-crust society. The second story has a truly tragic character, the daughter.

**Review only for the permanent husband**

most wicked revenge story I've read. With ageism, child marriage, betrayals and homoeroticism

too much Dostoevsky is killing you. how he makes character from the image of angels who’s kind, generous, noble, capable of self sacrifice. and look here I am just scoundrel. and how long the way that I have to take to be one of noble character in his story. oh gosh, you ask too much from human, sir. we have blood of evil, we selfish—or maybe just me—who doesn’t care with human suffering. yeah but well I will try to make that goal for myself even I knew that goal maybe never be attain.

Dostoyevsky's writing is highly colourful and theatrical. The stories were not so interesting themselves but their context as well as the rhythm of the writing compel me to read it until the end.
